I came to this location on 7/10 and ordered a salad and it had long black hairs mixed in it. I came back on 7/11 and spoke to manager Lizeth S and she told me it was impossible for the workers hair to get in food when it’s in a bun and have a hat on. I told her anything is possible and I have the picture proof. I have long hair and it’s in a ponytail and I nicely showed her how easily strands of hair can come out from under it. After her giving me ugly facial expressions and me saying a few choice words, the GM crystal then says to refund me for my salad. However they began to speak in another language so I’m certain they were speaking about me and the situation. Doesn’t matter give me my money and I will never return to this location. You’ve been warned.

I come to this zaxbys location all the time and I am always satisfied! I even recommended them to my friend yesterday because of how good the service and quality of the food always is. We both went together yesterday and I was disappointed to speak so highly of them to my friend and we get there and had a few problems for the first time ever for me! I got charged for extra fries, which I understand mistakes happen so I had to receive cash instead of the money back on my card because I would have to wait some business days. My friend also didn’t receive all of her food so we had to go back twice as well. The next morning me and my friend are not feeling too well and believe we had gotten bad food because of the stomach pains we are both receiving. I know things happen I worked in fast food for 6+ years I just hope my next visit is as good as my other visits !

I come here all the time but yesterday was a terrible experience and I won’t be back. Not 1 but 2 strands of hair was found in my salad. After driving 20 mins to my destination I called the store to let them know and they were rude and nonchalant about the incident. I called the Huntersville location to reach the area manager and she told me to come there to get a free meal. After 20 mins there, she I ordered the salad, a drink, and an egg roll. She directed me to pay for all the items but not the salad. I shared how I wanted to be complimented for this inconvenience and gas but she continued to order me to pay. I was very disappointed in this customer service. Zaxbys, count your days! There are fast food places that value customers.

Ordered a six piece chicken finger plate which is supposed to come with two dipping sauces I selected ranch for both, I also ordered a order of the fried cheese bites which should come with one sauce should have been ranch for that as well. Plus I ordered an extra ranch that I paid for. When I received my order I only had one ranch in the bag. Not sure how complicated making sure all the correct sauce and correct quantities requested are giving with the order.

Just a bunch of slow lazy teenagers who don’t care and get your order wrong every single time. I mean every single time they are going to get your order very wrong. You’ll get far better customer service (and prices) from a McDonald’s night shift. I’d highly recommend NOT going here. STAY AWAY!!
