Drive through was quick and polite. Employees were friendly and efficient. Food tasted fine, was kinda sloppy I’m appearance, but it didn’t effect the taste. Making a left back out of parking lot could be difficult at certain times of the day. Overall a solid 4 stars.

Just being Honest I’ve never been a huge fan of Zaxbys anyway. I prefer bone in chicken something they don’t have. I got 10 chicken fingers and 2 large fries. And a large Coke. The Fries are the best thing they have it isn’t even close. I love the old style of Crinkle Fries. So much bigger than the horrible McDonald’s copy cats everywhere. The chicken fingers themselves are just average to me. Definitely not what they overcharge for them. They have better Tenders at Hardee’s a burger place and they are cheaper to. Let alone KFC. There is plenty of parking easy getting in and out. Service was really good but doesn’t make up for average Chicken. Definitely wouldn’t recommend not coming back

Lazy and unhelpful staff. After waiting almost 20 minutes for dine in food the Staff made the wrong order. When asked about it they tried to argue about the order and were not helpful. After being tired of waiting and dealing with the staff I asked for a refund. Even getting a refund they screwed up how much to give back to me. By far the worst zaxbys experience I have ever had.

We stopped by on on our way through town. They weren’t busy and the staff was friendly. We ordered several different foods and most were fine. The fries weren’t great though, hardly seasoned and could have been cooked longer. Bathroom and dining area were clean.

I don’t know what’s going on but in the past two weeks there have been nothing but problems at this place. First ordered a 3&5 piece plate no Cole slaw fries instead..got a 2and 3 piece instead. Then last night got 2 orders 5 piece and 3 of the five chicken tenders were undercooked plus the fries were burnt. I don’t know who’s cooking back there but your up to two strikes so far one more and we go to your competition! Your not the only game in town; although you have always been a favorite since we moved here from NY 10+ yrs ago. Please Do Better.!

The worker “Joshua” gave me a mean stare and whispered to meet him out back. Very unprofessional. I had a my 5 year old with me and left the store promptly out of fear for my safety. Zaxby’s, what will be done about this? Will you allow your employees to terrorize your innocent customers? Shame on you.
