Apologies for the photo! I didn’t think to take a picture until I had already eaten a chicken tender and part of the Texas Toast. I had an amazing experience with this Zaxby’s! The people working the drive through were friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! The Texas Toast despite it’s slightly burnt appearance was quite buttery, the chicken tenders were juicy and not too crunchy, and the fries were seasoned just the right amount. Amazing.

This location has the most incompetent/ rudest staff I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. I would say I have eaten here nearly 10 times in the last 6 months and each and every time it seems that nobody there knows how to do their job and my order is wrong or items are missing nearly every time! The staff needs to be properly trained. I’m a zaxbys lover but I will definitely be choosing a different location from now on!

Arrived at this location at 9:20 pm. We were told that we could not dine in. Took almost 25 minutes to get our food and while we were eating the cashier jessalyn proceeded to mop the floors around us with no caution signs out. The customer service was beyond poor. Do not recommend this location.

1st I had to take my drinks back because they gave me coke zero when I ask for coke. Then I got home and had to go all the way back because they forgot my white cheddars bites and the food they gave me was uncooked. I got there nobody wanted to help me. Walking around looking confused. I asked for the manager he came and acted like he didn’t want to help me. Some old man. I showed him what the food looked like they fixed it. Well I thought they fixed it. Fries still looked uncooked smh. Mannnn they keep doing people dirty like that wouldn’t surprise me if they call the health department on them because they are sick.

I love Zaxbys and I usually have a great experience. I was traveling out of town and stopped at this location for a family meal. Horrible customer service. Argued with me over soft soggy fries. I had to ask for my order to be remade twice. Everyone except the front cashier had an attitude and talked trash in the back while remaking my food. Why argue? Just make my order right and I’ll be out your way. Do better Zaxbys.

First and last visit. I ordered a signature chicken sandwich and fried pickles. I was looking forward to try the fried pickles. When I took the box out of the bag, there was grease all on the bottom. When I opened the box, grease was puddled in the box. I had grease all over my hands, and when I looked in the bag to get a napkin, there was grease all inside the bag and the single napkin they gave me was grease soaked. I threw the bag in the floor, and fortunately it hadn’t leaked on my car seat. I’ve never seen anything like it. The signature sandwich was mediocre (not crispy crunchy as they show it). $10 for just the sandwich and pickles! Terrible experience.

Ordered the chicken club w NO zax sauce. Sauce was on both sides of the bread, whatever, I’ll scrape it off and regrill my bun. Not really why you get fast food, just to cook it yourself. Also said it came w bacon (as a club should) but nothing but 2 pickles, bread & cheese, half on the sandwich, half in the containerit came in. Also, it looked as if a bite was taken off of my sandwich bun. Idc if it was from pulling the buns apart but aesthetically not appeasing to consume looking like it was already eaten, come on… I tried calling several times with no answer to even talk to a manager… Way too much money to just throw out…
