My food was delicious however the cashier wasn’t very polite to me but yet the people behind me, she was more polite too. I understand that yesterday was Mother’s Day and maybe she wanted to be with her mom, but that doesn’t excuse bad customer service. She didn’t even ask my name but to the people behind me she did.

They have messed up my order multiple times – even when I took it back in they still got it wrong. It’s not just a one time thing. One of the times they got it wrong in the drive thru, 3 out of 4 of the employees were just on their phones. This location needs work.

Whats up with this locations drink machine always being down and not working for several months or at least every time I go. I ordered 4 finger platter with fries. The fries were undercooked, some of it was burnt, the bread on one side was buttered but not toasted and the other side was not toasted and had no butter, it was also stale. I couldn’t eat the food I just threw it all away. Noticed this once I got home. I live downtown charlotte, so i didnt want to drive all the way back 30 min away. I want a refund. This is unacceptable. For them to serve people this I should call the the city of charlotte!

Worst zap ya ever…….. drove 15 mins away! They gave me salads when I specifically ordered a sandwich! Terrible!!!!! Then Had me wait on the sidelines for food 15 more minutes! Terrible… remade the order so that’s cool…

I was not happy with my food or service Sharon the Cashier was rude, food was not correct and we weren’t greeted when we arrived. The whole team seems like they are upset or aren’t allowed to talk. Very weird atmosphere.

good place to eat nice food and atmosphere was a bit empty when we visited but I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender with fries and I got 4 to 5 chicken strips on my plate which I’m not going to complain about since it was a nice surprise but aside from that good food,atmosphere and service and I have been here many times before

Well never thought I would be reviewing here but as I was reading through the recent reviews and seeing personally why service was so slow, I stumbled upon some thing. Ypu see when I started working in fast food, we were not allowed to have cellphones on the floor. I do not care so much as long a efficiency is up to par. But as I was waiting and waiting and waiting, I’ve saw 2 employees on the phone texting in front of customers. Employees lost at what to do and confused. I understand its fast food. I work in production. We aren’t allowed to just stand there. I’ve seen employees in the back cooking food without mask. I understand its hot back there but please be courteous and comply with CDC regulations. I follow it but I guess its everyone’s choice whether they want to or not. Now lastly. I seen the water dispenser has not been cleaned for awhile. There is a penny in there. Yes itll be fine if it was clean but it appears to have mold starting to form. I don’t know what to say. I’m just reviewing upon the service side. As for food wise, I’ve haven’t tried here. Probably wouldn’t either. In all honesty if I didn’t have to wait so long, I would had probably not noticed anything at all. Management, DMs, this is your restaurants, do as you please. Customers I review so people understand what they get and why they get it. Thank you!
