Had a wonderful experience at this location today. Came in to pick up a DoorDash order that wasn’t quite ready yet. A very nice employee named India offered me a drink due to the order I was picking up. Not ready yet. Never have I experienced such kindness while picking up an order. Shout out to India for great customer service today.

9:36 and the doors were locked for the dining area and they were already closing. Had a door dash order so needed to pick up promptly and the hours of operation for the dining area is suppose to stay open until 10 pm. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient because I ended up waiting til almost 10 o’clock for a door dash order that just needed to be picked up. Ridiculous. Please change your hours of operation to closes at 9:35 if that’s the case or ensure your employees and shift supervisors remain open until the store is suppose to close. This store will lose money if you’re closing the store significantly sooner than the hours of operation indicate. Think about the money you lost in that 20 minutes by closing down the dining area too soon and forcing the customers to choose between waiting in a long drive thru line or going somewhere else. Just some food for thought for the future

I’ve never in my life waited so long for a large fries in my life. The workers are nice but it takes so long to get anything. I know they cook everything fresh but when they get behind or overwhelmed the fries come out undercooked. Now I’m taking my (small) large fries home to put them in the air fryer because the are barely cooked. Now I know why we stopped coming to Zaxby’s.

Place was good, their Chicken fingers were very tasty but their Coca Cola freestyle machine was messed up as the drinks from the machine tasted like seltzer but a worker was nice enough to get us good tasting drinks from the kitchen. Overall, not bad place to get some grub from if your in the area.

Ridiculous that when my fiancé and I stopped here at 8:45 to get dinner after a baseball game they had the dining room doors locked and a group of 8 teenagers were sitting in there eating their food. When calling multiple times to try and talk with a manager I was given a ridiculous excuse that they didn’t have enough employees to run their “overly busy” drive thru and keep the dining room open! Just pure laziness! When we left there was 1 car in the drive thru! Don’t waste your time with this place! If they are that lazy to keep the dining room open through the posted operating hours then I wonder what other protocols they are cutting corners on!!! Can’t even give the 1 star on each item because we didn’t get a chance to see how their service, food and atmosphere were, nor will we ever give this location the opportunity to find out how they actually are……

This drive through is the absolute worse. I write this review as I’m sitting in line when 2 vehicles have been ahead of me and I have been waiting for 15 minutes. I counted 5 cars come and go that started in line behind me. I get that they may be understaffed. But when 2 workers are sitting outside it’s not a good look… At all…

Man, I love this Zaxbys. The employees here are so considerate and attentive. Wanda has helped me the past several times, and she is fantastic! She’s given several excellent menu suggestions, and always has a smile on her face. This Zaxbys is phenomenal! Would highly recommend.

I ordered the Zaxby’s regular chicken salad with the eggs and fried onions. The chicken had a different texture than before. As though it was the pre-packaged chicken strips. Would have been more enjoyable with freshly grilled chicken. First bad experience with the Zaxby’s salad. Overall, the food is always acceptionally good.
