Walk in everybody doing the drive through 2 of them standing there in front chit-chat and not paying a bit attention that I was there to order. Stood there for about 2 to 3 minutes and left. Went somewhere else to eat. They were not that busy either in drive thur.

Food is good expensive but good. Only problem I had was I order 2 5 finger chicken strip meals employee rang up a 5 and a 4 both meals only had 4 so wasn’t happy with that make sure you look at your receipt and look in the box before you leave.

I gave it a two because the food was ok but when I walked in the bathroom the smell of vomit hit me in the face and the commode was covered (it was dried so it makes me think it had been there a while). I told an employee and and said that she may want to check it, literally her reply was “um, um, um”. I replied “it’s really nasty” and left. Makes me wonder how they got a 99 rating, if I had gone in the bathroom first, I would never had eaten there. Also, the tea had a sticker on it dated 5/25 5:07 pm. Today is 5/26.

Order 3 ranch sauces, I paid for them. Not in the order! Wimpy sauce for the tenders, guess what, none on them! It’s simple instructions, it’s on the ticket. $15 an hour, yeah right, I will NEVER order from here again, crazy you can’t even read a ticket.

Slooowwww! Got there at noon, so I thought great, I’ll beat the lunch crowd. 1 guy in line. He orders, then it’s my turn. I told the young man my order and my receipt shows 12:05. I get my drink filled and sit down. Several others come in and order. They start getting their orders before me. ‍♂️ I think, well maybe they’re making mine fresh or they ordered something easy. Time ticks by and more get their orders. Finally at 12:23, a full 18 minutes later the fireball that took my order said my name. It was hard to understand though as he mumbles with his mask on. He looked right at me but probably didn’t recognize me since I’d lost 10 lbs and grew a full beard since he took my order. He mumbles a name again and shockingly I figure it’s my order! I can’t believe this place stays in business! It’s my first, and last time I ever stop at this Zaxbys!!! If I could I’d give a 1/2 star but 1 star is a low as they go.
