Well I guess the Capricorn in me had high expectations and is totally dissappointed . I am bombarded with their commercial and the Asian salad so I decided to try it. Honestly, not worth $3. It comes with an egg roll and it was burnt, looks it has been reheated over and over again. I was not impressed at all. No flavor, lots of lettuce, some meat but is meh….2 stars for the nice employee at the drive through.

I was so looking forward to having Zaxby’s for supper. I tried the nibblers for the first time and they were so hard and over cooked and the bread was burnt and hard. I was very disappointed. And the chicken finger was fried too hard. The best thing was the toast and the peach tea.. Disappointed customer!

I was really hungry today and looking forward to eating my classic sandwich because I had not eaten all day. That is until I took my 1st bite and had to spit it out. It tasted like it was fried in month old, used amusement park grease, the breast was flattened and 90% breading, which was also old and slightly greyish. It was disgusting, inedible, and not worth 8 cents much less the $8 I paid for it.

For the love of god, please re-train the employees here. If you want to waste your time, look no further. Went through the drive thru, the young gentleman told me to wait in the handicap parking spot so I did. as I waited, I noticed cars kept getting their food so I figured ours is coming soon…Nope…10 mins later passed and nope….another 10 mins passed and still no food…so at this point it’s time to walk in. I ask the gentleman where my food was, and he gave me a blank stare. So I had to tell him my order again. Food comes and then I drive home to find out it’s the wrong order. Silly me I should have checked before I took the bag home. You figure they would be able to get the order right when he wrote it down. Won’t be happening again because I am never going to this location again. Food taste so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs or the ants outside my house.

After checking their website for hours of operation, we attempted to go at 11 am. However, the dining room was not open, although the sign on the door indicated it was open 10:30 am – 10:00 pm. So we left. After reading the reviews of the place, that may have been a blessing.

0/10. Awful service!! The dining room has been closed since COVID. The drive thru only serves 1 customer at a time. The employees are NOT friendly. The guy didn’t even speak. He just stuck his hand out for the card and then gave us the wrong order. Cold food, no straws, wrong drinks, no sauces. Yikes!!
