There was a long drive through line so I ordered from inside. Nobody was in front of me and it took twenty minutes. So the inside took longer than the drive through. The chicken strips were good and they have a Coke dream machine inside. I would recommend drive through if you are not dining in.

My mother bought a salad yesterday and when she made it home to eat, we saw there was a live fly walking around in the salad. How does a fly get trapped in the salad? Disgusting! I immediately called the restaurant and talked to Tamisha, who stated she was the manager. She was very apologetic over the phone and took our name because we couldn’t make it back last night. Well my mom didn’t want a replacement, as she was grossed out by the fly, so she went with receipt in hand to get a refund. The manager “Tamisha” asked her if she brought the salad with her. Now why would she still have a salad with a fly in it the next day? She proceeded to say ” you are suppose to bring back the product for a refund” and “how are we supposed to just take your word”. No one is driving from Fort Bragg area to skibo to scam you out of $9 for a salad. Very insulting and ignorant. They ended up giving her the refund but it was really annoying. And here’s your proof of the fly below.

I forgot this was still “new” so the drive thru was out the road when I first got there. I walked in. There was only two other people in there and they were both waiting on orders. I ordered a salad. The employees were clean and the inside eating area was clean as well. They did charge me for the extra dressing I asked for but forgot to put it in the bag. I was disappointed but I know that drive they was packed and the employees were working fast to get the orders out.

You better specify how many sauces you are asking for. Whoever counts the number of sauces consistently forgets one and I end up paying for a sause that I didn’t get. I shouldn’t have to double check someone else’s job. That’s why they get paid. This needs to be addressed. If it happens to me this consistently then it probably happens to a lot of people. FIX IT!

After ordering at the drive through, I get to the window for the person taking my order to ask me what I ordered and give me half of the order. Then proceed to tell me that the rest of my order will take another three minutes. Mind you, I sat in line for over 20 mins. Then I was asked to pull forward to wait the three minutes, and got nothing after over 20 mins later. I had to defeat the purpose of the drive through and park the car and walk in. Once inside all the person and the counter could say was “oh sorry about that, I could drop some fresh ones” after they’ve wasted my time for over 40 mins then forgot my order. I had somewhere to be and definitely didn’t make it on time due to terrible tracking of orders. This is always the case at this location, the personnel here never show good customer service, ever. Usually rude and feel like they have better things to do.

Sauce, enough said. The fried chicken is good and the fries have a little kick to them. Their new signature club sandwich is amazing! My spouse really enjoys the House Salad with fried chicken and you can not go wrong about the French fries. Every Monday, EMT, Fire fighter, police and military receive 10% off any meal, how cool is that.
