I just left here. I ordered the traditional wings and things with nuclear sauce among other things. By far the best in all wing restaurants. The wait was around 12 minutes from start to finish with 9 cars and it was worth it. Every thing was hot and fresh which is what the speaker person told me. They said they cook it fresh to order which I really didn’t believe but it was and I will be back. The service was great and I commend the people who are doing the damn thing!!!!

Staff forgot part of the order, then acted rude and inconvenienced when we asked for the rest of our order. Ordered the fried white cheddar bites and they were burnt to a crisp. This location is also consistently the slowest Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. If your in the mood for Zaxby’s, save yourself the disappointment and go to a different location.

By far the best. The cashier was very helpful as I was unsure about several of the menu items. I was able to speak to the manager mrs tia and she was very informative and patient. She apologized for my wait and explained that the GM of this location required them to cook orders as ordered after a certain time for hot and fresh food. Well they didn’t disappoint!!! To the GM keep up the great work and keep cooking the food fresh. Most places are busy closing down but here it seems they care more about us the customers. Terrific service. My family and I will return!!!!!!

There was an error with my delivery. The manager apologized and I picked up my food. It was easy and no problem. The food was delicious especially the fried pickles. Most times at other places they are salty. These were not salty at all!! I loved them. I wish there was a Zaxby’s in Delaware.

Well, this is the fifth time I go to this place and the wait of 45 minutes on the drive- tru for the food is unacceptable apart from the fact that the first photo the order was double portion of potatoes and they didn’t give it and the second the old lettuce the burnt chicken I don’t know what happens with the company no one does anything open your eyes my people

Whenever I get the munchies I go here, it’s the best place for chicken tenders in my opinion. Customer service is always friendly along with the atmosphere. I’ve seen the other reviews saying it’s bad but i’ve been to this specific zaxbys many times for years and have never had a bad experience!

First time ever to a Zaxbys restaurant and will be my last. The lady Erykah at the counter didn’t give us the chance to look at the menu, rushed us, and was very ignorant with rude remarks. Wasn’t too impressed with the food either. Too salty for me and the soda machine had no ice. The workers didn’t care to replace it so I drank a warm ice tea. Very unhappy.
