The order is rarely correct. We sat 20 minutes and waited while watching our order on the table behind the counter. I finally went up and asked for it. I have stopped at many Zagzbys across the south. This is the only one I have had problems with on a continuous basis and I’ve been there often.

If zero stars was an option or -100 stars was an option would totally pick that. Had to tell Darrell my order five times at the counter before he could comprehend what I was trying to get. I don’t know what’s so difficult about a boneless wings and things But the guy was borderline drooling. Can 100% tell that they do not drug test here. I love Zaxby’s but I will be sure to never come back here and I will make sure to tell everybody I know not to go to this location. Absolutely horrible experience and a complete waste of 35 minutes. I’m just glad the lady behind the counter was educated enough to give me a refund

The fries taste like the oil hasn’t been changed in a week, most of them were raw, had nearly had no seasoning, and they got my order wrong and this has happened multiple times Zabys is a great restaurant but this one the service and food be jacked up 24/7.

This location has always made my food fresh. The customer service is always awesome as well. I always went through the drive-thru so I’m not sure how clean the facility is. Prices are too darn high but hey… it’s zaxbys lol.

Ordered a root beer and the cup was basically all ice – paid $20 for two sandwiches, 1 soda and apparently a small fry. Y’all did be dirty. Make sure to ask for your drink without ice (I’d upload images if Google allowed for it)
