You can have the best food. But it means nothing if you have bad staff. Every time I go the order is messed up. Theu forget items and extra sauces I paid for. They always have an attitude. And lie straight to your face.

The food is great! Good portion sizes at this location. The service was good, the guy at the register was very nice and very helpful. There wasn’t any items out by the drink areas so I felt bad having to ask for everything we needed for our meals but other than that it was perfect! I’m sure we drove the employee a little crazy ketchup, napkins, silverware, straws, sauces, etc. And we do love Zaxby’s chicken

I wanted some fried mushrooms, salad , or fingers snack. Mushrooms no longer on the menu I really hope you bring them back , my palate remembers the taste. I had to delay placing my order, the staff was so nice. I ordered the finger snack…When I arrived at the window the window staff was courteous ,friendly, and professional. I tipped her it wasn’t much I wanted to show gratitude.

Not good. Food tasted great after we went back up several times to get the right items in our salad. Then they only gave us one fork for two salads, the wrong dressing and the wrong salads. Then after we had almost finished our food an employee called out our order (23 minutes after our order was placed) and it was the correct food. The guy in charge was too busy talking to a friend that came in, to help my husband. We won’t go back to that Zaxbys.

What is the deal with the tall curly headed guy at the counter? He never says “hello”, “may I take your order?”, “thank-you”. No basic customer service. He just stares at you as if to say, “hurry up, there are a lot of better things I’d rather be doing”. And then when your order is ready, he just drops it on the counter. What a tool!

OK so I don’t know why but these people do not cook fresh I’ve been here I’d say a good 20-30 times and not once was my food fresh. The chicken is dry and the only thing really good about this place is the sweet tea. This is crazy because the one zaxbys on Gordon is just the opposite they always fix my food fresh, excellent customer service but here it’s nothing but disrespect and sub par food. Honestly the crew should either be fired or they that zaxbys should just be shut down. I mean I couldnt even eat the food because of how dry it was, absolutely no taste. Disgusting
