The server/cashier’s are usually unpleasant and unprofessional, the last 3 times we have placed pickup or to go orders there has always been something missing or wrong, the most recent was not including fries in my son’s kids meal, we have started trying to dig all the food back out of our bag to make sure we have the correct order but never thought to look for fries in the kids chicken finger box, saw a box and mistakenly assumed that it was in fact a kids meal.

Service was HORRIBLE!! A bunch of young people with EAR BUDS in their ear while breading chicken and preparing food in the cooking area. What if one falls in the food? Trash overflowing out of the lobby trash cans. Trash all over the floor while at least 4 employees hung at the front counter talking and laughing. If my husband didn’t really want Zaxbys on his birthday we would have left.

I’m gonna be just as honest as one could be about Zaxby’s chicken thus far. When Chick Filet was a new restaurant, the food was very good at the time. For some folks it still remains a decent place for dining in. But if ya think that this is the only place for fried chicken, you may want to try Zaxby’s, because their food, highlighting chicken of course, I urge you to try Zaxby’s. You might be pleasantly surprised, whether it be take-out, delivered or dine-in….it’s excellent regardless of this restaurant’s location. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice in here. Chicken sandwich and fries were great. My only thing I didn’t like was the spicy chicken sandwich wasn’t very spicy at all. Popeyes chicken sandwich I feel like I liked a little bit more but not by much. They’re both far better then KFC. The Zaxby’s fries I liked more then the popeyes. Foot was served nice and hot. The sweat tea was great.

It was a typical fast food experience, with what you’d expect in terms of food quality. The young lady that took our order was very professional even as the line grew longer and longer and the orders piled up. Also noticed she was gathering trash from the dining area to make sure everything was visually acceptable.

My family and I use to frequent here a lot. Food and definitely service started to lack so we stopped. We recently gave it another go (I loved the salads). Today, I ordered my normal grilled zalad and my son the new chicken bacon ranch fries, his fries were good but 1 piece of bacon. He was happy. My zalad, had wilted lettuce and tomatoes with a wedge of iceberg lettuce. It smelled off as well and slimy. I called to speak with the manager, Adriana .M is what I was told and she said that all lettuce is bagged in shipped in so I asked, you allow your employees to put out bad lettuce? She said she looked at everything before it was put out. Everything was good. ( I fine that hard to believe as I made fresh salads at Zahara’s in Wilmington and I was never checked after my first 2 weeks were over.) I then asked about the tomatoes, she said there cut fresh daily, Hmmm. I’m 41 yrs old and grow tomatoes, I know what a fresh vs old tomato is. I then asked about the french onions and if they were out of them. She said no, I said they’ve been off my salad 2x this week. To me this sounds as internal. Of course she said to bring it back, at home with a child, not happening. I did post this on face book but they removed it.

So dissatisfied with this place. It is summer, and it was hotter in the building than it was out side… that don’t make any sense, how is someone supposed to enjoy their meal if they are sweating??? The wings were dry and chewy, the fried cheese had no flavor at all.
