I did the little thing on the app to get the free Zaxs meal and and I was highly highly happy and surprised the chicken was fried very good had a wonderful buttermilk taste to it they had the old-school crinkle-cut fries give me some Texas toast and a drink and I was just giving for free for using the app.. who’s actually pretty awesome and the restaurant was very clean the people were nice everything was good

The girl that was at the register just stared at us while we were deciding what to order. Didn’t say a word to us until she told us our total. Didn’t ask for a name or anything. We got our drinks, sat at the table waiting to either hear or name or them bring it out. They yelled the name “Dan” twice. I thought nothing about it cause my name is not Dan. I go up after 10 minutes of waiting and the girl at the register was over talking to the worker in the drive through. One of the women in the kitchen asked if I was needing something and I said my food. The woman walked around and handed me the food that was sitting on the back counter and apologized. I took the food to the table and we were missing one of our meals. So I went back up there and told the lady working in the drive through that we were missing a meal. She went around and told them to fix it. The food was pretty good though, the service was the opposite

Worst Zaxby’s I have ever eaten at. We were on our way back from vacation and came through on Sunday at 1 o’clock. We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then when we ordered we had to pull up and wait 5 more. Food was burnt when we did get it. The fries looked like burnt leather and chicken looked fine but tasted burnt. I would not recommend this place

We came in and ordered Cobb Salad and got the wrong salad. We had to get the right dressing because we didn’t get that either. Then no eggs and bacon and knives to cut salad. No salt or pepper. Then we waited while the employees carried on a conversation with a friend. Terrible service!!

This place opened in Whiteville in 2017. I’d eaten at the one in Dunn, NC several times and really enjoyed it. So, when this one came to Whiteville, NC. I was very Happy and Excited. After opening, I waited a few weeks to visit. How disappointing. The Service, the Food, the wait time, all terrible. I swore I’d never go back. Until Wednesday Evening, May 12th, 2023. My Wife had been told it was much better. So I decided to give it another try. Big MISTAKE! Stood in the FRONT of line for 15 minutes. This staff was so screwed up. They acted like no one knew what they were supposed to do. People sitting around waiting for their to go orders. The 3 I saw were all mixed up. I got fed up, grabbed my Wife and walked out along with other Consumers behind us. Not once we’re we even acknowledged we were even there. And the Employees I saw were Tattooed, and Lip Piecing, ect… For this 67 year old. That’s not the kind of people I want preparing my Food. What’s happened to this Country? I’ll NEVER go back. And would highly recommend no one else does either.

I ordered the family meal and if Zaxby’s was low on sauces they should have just said that every order of chicken had a Dab of sauce on them. If I wanted chicken nuggets I would’ve ordered them Driest chicken EVER ♀️ I don’t know what’s going on but this is becoming a repeat occurrence. That chicken is too expensive for it to be a dry mess. Felt like I was eating a Popeyes biscuit OHH and I guess they were out of celery also Ps this was a 70+ dollar order.
