The quality of their food is top-notch, and the portions are generous, making it an excellent value for your money. But what sets Zaxby’s apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to ensure that every customer has a memorable experience. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the service is consistently excellent. Another thing that I love about Zaxby’s is the variety of sauces they offer. From classic buffalo to sweet and spicy Asian, and nuclear sauce their sauces are bursting with flavor and are the perfect accompaniment to their chicken tenders. Overall, I highly recommend Zaxby’s to anyone looking for delicious fast food with exceptional customer service. They truly deserve a five-star rating!

I just paid almost 29 dollars for 10 wings 2 niblers funnel cake and a gallon of tea. Tea is good. Funnel cake is so tough I can’t chew it. Wings were ok but we’re so small looks like they came off a bitty. Wife’s niblers were ok. My first and last time ever eating here again

I ordered a wings & things meal… the fingers were fine. The boneless chicken I got was the issue. Along with the old fries. The boneless chicken wings just seemed to be old, overcooked, or whatever the case is.. they definitely were NOT fresh. I ended up throwing them all away, piece by piece, just trying to go to the next one and see if it was cooked any better. Nope.. very disappointed. Usually this place is great and I have never had no issues. The people working also just seemed as if they did not understand what they were doing. I also have not eaten all day, so that might be adding to the frustration.

Food is good as usual. But if I had a dollar for everytime these bafoons forgot my sauces in the box, I’d have enough to purchase this zaxbys and make it company policy to have make it one person’s sole job to quality check every order to make sure it’s got everything. Unfortunately I can’t directly review my order on the app, and I don’t realize until I get home, to which I’m not driving back just for some zax sauce.
