From A Unique Perspective
Had to come back and update after 2 years…the customer service is average at best and sometimes poor and I notice the wing sizes are getting smaller. I also notice how the lettuce in the salads sometimes look old…overall the food is good but it has definitely went down over the last 2 years maybe due to new employees and management.

Unfortunately, this location has rude staff that made us wait in the drive-thru for more than ten minutes before pulling up to the window after knowing that no one is going to pick up. Then we waited more at the window and the girl that took our order was being extremely rude. When we got the order we had burnt chicken and the bread was stale. The fries did not have any seasoning on it. We do not recommend this location at all, the management for this location needs to step up their game and talk to their employees.

The food is fine, but this location insists on having a person stand outside beside the drive-thru speaker. Not sure what this is meant to accomplish, but it’s offputting and unnecessary. If there was another Zaxby’s in town, I’d go there instead.

I’m new to the area and been excited to try this zaxbys. I’ve came 3 times since moving here, thinking each time I’ve come it would be better but I always get disappointed.. this zaxbys doesn’t exceed my expectations compared to other zaxbys I’ve been to & I’m not sure why, but I do think they lack something in the food. I’m not sure if it’s because the food is never fresh, or because they don’t give people the ingredients the food is suppose to come with. I as a customer am now starting to realize, that this is why this location is always empty when we come and that’s because because they lack those things.. fresh food, and the way food is suppose to come.

We’ve been to this Zaxby’s before and it’s always ok, but on 3-16-23 at around 7pm the service was pretty bad. It took 20 minutes get food and then it was barely warm. The restaurant was dirty, we had to change tables because the floor was soaked in soda and trash, tables weren’t clean. The people working were messing around and staring off if you tried to ask for something or order.

Very unprofessional inviduals working on 3/14/2023@2pm. I ordered my daughter a meal and they got it wrong. They told me to pull up to the curve, in which I did. They girl came out and it was still wrong. I went into the restaurant and I’m assuming the lady who spike to me about my order was the manager or leader. She had a very nasty attitude. They were saying how they’re ready to leave and these customers this and that. Very bad energy and I will be calling corporate
