I have not been to Zaxby’s in over a year due to my last experience. Everyone deserves a second chance. This goes around. Everything was much better all the way down to the service. This salad was amazing, especially the dressing. I hate that they are taking it off the menu. I wonder if it would help to ask them to keep it?

Ridiculously clean, probably the cleanest fast food spot I’ve ever been too. Ordering is quick and correct no matter if you order in person or through their app. Staff are always super friendly, genuinely seem to like working there. Food costs are up which hits consumers but the value of what they offer is roughly on par for the price. Their rewards program needs to be a little better for frequent customers.

I hadn’t eaten at a Zaxby’s in a long time. I knew from a friend to get mild sauce and ranch. The sever was so polite. However, my ulcer which has not bothered me in years has acted up ever since. Next time I will get just plain. My friend who was with me got the salad and is not suffering.

Amazingly priced! Real chicken! The most courteous staff for a fast food clean I have seen in forever! Selina was an absolute sweetheart with amazing customer service and really cared about making our meals as perfect as possible! I wish this was up north where I come from! A real southern treat!

Stopped in to grab lunch here today, one word describes it all. DISGUSTING! no one inside eating but my family. Every table was dirty, trash was running over. The floor was sticky and nasty, not to mention there was a box fan from counter to kitchen blowing contaminants all over the place.. I could go on but ill stop here.

We ordered boneless wings, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches & Asian Zensation salad. Wings & sandwiches were good as usual. I’ve never had the salad & didn’t know if I’d like it. It was delicious! I wish they’d put more teriyaki sauce on it, but even the citrus vinaigrette was good. We all 3 ate on it & liked it

I usually go to zaxby as my go to for fast food chicken. Usually the food is ok but almost every time I get extra sauce they charge me and don’t even give they sauces that I had ordered let alone the correct ones. This is a big deal for me since I usually injoy dipping my food in their sauce. I went through the drive through once and asked for extra zax sauce and the lady taking my order said it comes with 2 is that ok? What made me write this poor review is I got thier food delivered through doordash and as usual I didn’t get the sauces I ordered. However I wouldn’t make such a big deal about it if they just didn’t charge for their sauces. I don’t like chick fellet down the street because their chicken taste sweet to me.
