Went here for the first time a few months ago and found a hair in my food. Wife and friends went here a month ago and found a hair in one of their foods. Wife just got us some tonight and there was a hair in ours again. Clearly the people making the food are either not clean shaven and it’s falling from a a beard or they’re not wearing hats like they should when making food. Now we have been here many other times and it was fine but 3 times now with the hair come on… Will never come back to this store again. This is absolutely disgusting

This was my first visit to this location, as I normally don’t travel to this area for work. I am very glad, I had the opportunity to eat at this location. The employee that brought my order out was very wonderful. I have a small issue with this location. I tried to hand the employee a tip, she backed up said, “I apologize, but we can not take tips!” I am sure she could see the shock on my face. I have tipped everyone that brings my food to my car while traveling for work. I have never been told the employer doesn’t allow it. Trust me, I understand where Zaxby’s is coming from with everything being about tipping now days. I just think, if the customer feels inclined to give an employee a tip for wonderful, friendly service they should be able to without the employee fearing they would be terminated if they took it. It’s very difficult for businesses to find even half way decent employees right now. I think, these magnificent employees that stand out to customers should be tipped if the customer chooses to do so. I have tipped for terrible service more times than I can count. I would’ve been thrilled had she took the tip. Please allow customers to help your employees out if they deserve it.

My family and I had to wait at least 15 minutes to order through the drive thur and then another 30 minutes waiting on our food to come out after being asked to pull up into a parking spot. I would completely understand if they were busy but there was only my family and 2 other cars that were behind us. Definitely should not take 45 minutes to receive our food at a fast food restaurant.

Second time in a row in a week that they have been out of lettuce. Other than that, this location has the worst drive through service ever. Expect to wait 5 mins to take your order and another 10 to have your food made. I will be going elsewhere for chicken since y’all seem to have such a hard time making it.

I traveled 5 hours to get to Boone and was hangry so I stopped by Zaxby’s. I’ve never had zaxbys in my life so I asked questions and tried to order as quickly as I could. I didn’t know that EVERY SAUCE AFTER 1 you were charged for. Also created a rewards account so I could get 5 chicken tenders free, but I wasn’t able to use it. Honestly a little good customer service and food could brighten up anyone’s day but instead you’ve ruined mine and also I received 4 chicken tenders when I ordered 5. Terrible update THEY ALSO DIDNT GIVE ME THE SAUCE I ASKED FOR

Don’t eat here unless you want to be over charged for something you already been charged for. I paid to get chicken fingers dipped in teriyaki sauce which is an extra fee that I gladly paid but they left many bare spots on the chicken fingers. I asked for an extra sauce to cover those spots Katie the one who claim she made them and said she did them correct argues with me (who is a manager) and would not give me the GM number and said they were to busy to deal with it right now. I want my money back and an apology from Katie for for attitude. Bad customer service all around.

I just wish that Asian Salad was still available. But mostly I wish there was an iceberg lettuce option for all the salads. My family does not eat that mixed stuff they offer. Also, why do we pay extra for lettuce and tomato on a grilled chick sandwich but not on the fried chick sandwich? It’s the same difference….
