Don’t do fast food often but wanted chicken and fries today and just didn’t feel like cooking. Ordered just the chicken sandwich and large fries, no drink. Repeated it twice at the drive thru and twice to the woman at the window. Got home and had the club. I love bacon but please tell me if this bacon appears cooked or literally just taken out of the package and thrown on the sandwich…

Went through drive though during prime dinner hours and immediately ate food at tables outside. Barely had any fries in the box, food was barely warm, toast was just bread, and the drink had no flavor. I don’t expect much when I buy fast food (which is not often), but for $10, this made me extremely sad. That is over an hour of work to pay for this meal if you make minimum wage. Very sad to see people care so little.

We just eat here tonight, drive thru. Wanted to try the new Southwestern Salad and funnel cake. I read the reviews, before we went, almost changed our minds about even going! Decided to try anyway, glad we did! 1, not busy at all, 1 car at the window. After ordering, it took at 2 mins, 4 t get the food. So, pretty good! 2, we ask for extra dressing, it WAS included in the order!! 3, the younger guy worker the window was very nice!!

Food was good staff was friendly. However, I probably waited 15-20 minutes in line and was 3 cars back from where order was given . One car pulled off and so did another behind me. There was a 20 minute wait on bone in wings apparently. So I just got a cobb salad instead.

Chicken good, but fries unseasoned, cold and toast soft. I ordered bottled water but was handed a cup of water. When I mentioned that I’d ordered a bottled water, the cashier said “we don’t have that”, and I said “ok then I’ll take a diet soda”, she got huffy and went and got it. Handed it to me and didn’t say a word. Nor respond when I said thanks. After I pulled away I noticed they also didn’t include the sauce I ordered. These things are easy fixes, cmon

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese meal in the drive thru. When i made it back to my room. I found my sandwich didn’t have the cheese that I paid for, my fries were skimpy and my drink was full of ice. Such a disappointment!
