I can’t believe Zaxby’s charges over $9 for ten of these very small, over-cooked boneless wings. The fries were decent. The service was okay, but far from great. We may never eat at Zaxby’s again.

I guests it would be better.I had the chicken club which was dry and cold cheese was not melted and didn’t come with fries all for ten dollars.if the chicken was warm and the cheese was melted it might of tasted better.won’t be going back good side lots of parking

I pre-ordered my food. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 40 min to get my salad and tender meal. The soda machine wasn’t working, so the cashier had to stop what she was doing to get drinks. I told them twice I was there for a mobile order and still had to wait. The place was not clean, floor sticks and musty smell.

This was the first time we’d been to Zaxby’s in Waynesville in quite a while, but we were craving some of those delicious tenders with the honey mustard sauce. We were greeted warmly and efficiently helped to make our order. The restaurant was clean as a pin and I saw a high A sanitation grade hanging on the wall. The food came quickly. The servings were plentiful and we enjoyed our dinner very much!

I went through the drive thru tonight and when I got home we found out that food was missing, things were not made the way they should have been. The finger plate was not tongue torch like it was supposed to be, most of it was not seasoned at all and one piece was honey barbecue. Our cookies were missing and the tea had no ice. We will not be going back.

For the life of me, I can’t understand why Zaxby’s moved the drive thru board and now the line goes out into the street!! We waited in line for over 15 minutes just to get 2 cups of ice!! You’re better off going inside. As far as the food is concerned, it’s pretty good, no problems there!!

online order wasn’t ready even after 30 minutes of waiting AFTER i arrived, no condiments given as requested, and my entire order was wrong and disappointing. After reaching out to customer service the Manager Julie was extremely rude and unhelpful during the refund process. Save your money and drive to the Candler Location.
