The location on 1650 Hendersonville Road, Asheville. Closes at 11pm online; I’m here at 9:15pm and they’re holding cars at the speaker. Making people think they’re closed causing multiple cars to leave the line. Which as you know is not good for business. Now I’m not sure why they’re holding cars whether it be to have a better drive thru time or to simply not have to work as hard. If you have record of drive thru times which you should; you can see that vehicles are sitting for extremely long periods of time. I am a General Manager for Bojangles, I know how this works.

This Zaxbys has been 10/10 THE WORST Zaxbys I’ve been to. Every time I’ve came, I’ve dealt with rude employees who either don’t want to be there or have enough time to sit there and whisper and talk about me behind closed windows and when I walk away. This place has gone down hill since they starting hiring all of these people who don’t care about their work nor anyone’s concerns or questions. Do not go here.

I used to work at Zaxby’s so I know things are usually checked thoroughly by management. This location just really sucks. They’re constantly screwing up orders and are extremely rude, food is usually not up to par at all. Each time I think it’ll be better, it somehow gets worse.

Bunch of kids that don’t care about getting orders right or customer service, or even respect. I asked for a correction on my order and the girl with the affro just walked away to avoid me. I know there’s a problem with getting employees but at least have standards and pay attention to your staff.

Awful that make people wait in line so the line backs up and people leave, close the inside 1 hour before closing time, awful service, what looked like a kid flipped me off, order is wrong every time.
