We loved the food. The chicken was perfectly executed. The salad was and amazing. It’s Saturday afternoon 4:30. There is a new hire working the register. She’s trying very hard and being very helpful and pleasant. There is a blue shirt lady. She’s very unpleasant and agitated. It’s one thing to get flustered during a rush or out of sorts with new people. This lady was rude. I asked how she was today and she shrugged me off and broke eye contact while walking past me as if I were in her way. She was being hateful out loud with the new hire. We ate in the dining room. Though the food was delicious and the store clean. The bathroom doors make a horrible squeaking when opened and upon closing and often in unison. Apparently no toilet paper in the lady’s restroom. Another customer came out for napkins. I hope Emma gets some relief. The entire ordeal was very upsetting and we left before we finished. Maybe next time.

I’m guessing it wasn’t their fault, but their system was down, and it took over 20min just to order. Staff was very apologetic and nice, but with the heat, it wasn’t pleasant waiting. We could’ve left, but they ‘expected it to be OK’ faster than it was. After everything taking forever, they STILL messed up my diabetic daughters’ salad! I ordered Cobb with GRILLED chicken, and she got FRIED instead!!!!! There was no excuse when it was read back correctly at order time AND the window!!!!!

My issue is at this tunnel rd location every time I order from there my wings are not hot. Maybe y’all have changed your system or cooks are bypassing a step which is recon. The wings are precooked and to order should be shocked. Dropped in the fryer to be heated & crisped then tossed in sauce. Whatever the case they were not good and gave me a stomach ache. Wings are also tiny. I love the crinkles though. Covid ruined eating out so bad. Back to the structured basics might be nice .

This place is perhaps the most incompetently managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. The drive through moves at an infuriatingly slow pace, orders are frequently wrong, and hours are inconsistent and incongruent with what is posted. I am consistently disappointed, to the point where I wish there was no Zaxby’s near me instead of this dangling promise that ~maybe~ it won’t completely suck this time

Zaxbys food is good and fresh. The fried mushrooms were awsome. Cashier Mr David was the best. We told him ot was our first time trying it and he made our experience amazing. Thanks you Mr David at the front and team in the back. And that insane sauce is very good and hot.

This isn’t so much directed at the staff of the Zaxby’s as it is the person who decided to have the store open with only two employees. I was there for over thirty minutes and it was because they were so understaffed. This complaint is directed at whoever decided to have the store be open without enough staff. Pay your employees better so they’ll stay.

The Zaxby’s Signature Spicy Chicken Sandwich is better than Popeye’s, but not as good as Chick-fil-A. The chicken breast is tasty, large, and flaky, which suggests it’s probably grown with growth hormone and antibiotics. The fries are good. Fresh squeezed lemonade is good, but a little bitter (let’s you know it’s fresh squeezed:).
