I am very disappointed in my experience here. I drove all the way home (15 minutes) to find out they didn’t put fries in my nibbler meal. Drove 15 minutes back and very respectfully told them that they didn’t put fries in my order and asked if they could remake it fresh so it would be warm. The employees seemed aggravated they had to remake my food. I drove back home (15 minutes) to find out they didn’t remake my food fresh and only reheated it. I will NOT be going back to this location.

Just came by not to long ago and very upset! I got the wings and things 1 sauce for some fry’s 3 tenders and some chicken wings ? I thought it came with a Zac and ranch.. then my chicken wings were cold mind u I only live 5mins away and it’s extremely hot outside the food taste like it’s been sitting for awhile I was the only one in line so ik they couldn’t have been rushing… and my bread burnt. How u gonna sit there and serve cold burnt food? And at the window the lady was talking about drugs and her body count like she looked young… and I really don’t care about that stuff..

So I went through the drive thru and from what I could see the place really needed cleaning. The machines, piping and ceiling tiles are browning. I don’t recommend it until they clean up. The food was good except they over cooked my son’s tenders. The service was extremely slow some people left the line after ordering.

Constantly forget stuff. I ask for extra seasoning, since they don’t put any on the fries, and they don’t give it out. I’ve had them say “yes, there’s extra seasoning in your bag” just to pull away and not have it. As mentioned, they don’t put seasoning on fries. It’s like the employees are hoarding it and snorting it in the back. It’s not hard to do your job. Pick it up, put it in a bag.

This store needs new management. It has been below average now for some time. Tell me what’s the point of ordering online but then having to wait 20 mins in the drive thru to get your food? The doors we’re locked and a sign on the door that said inside is closed use the drive thru. The lady at the drive thru window was working very hard she deserves the pay from those that didn’t show up, or the manager that didn’t fill the shifts!!

The lady at the window was super sweet. It does take a long time for food to come out but it’s expected. She offered us a drink for our wait. I thought that was very kind. When school is in the lines are insane so order ahead.

This location is horrible!! I ordered a house salad and a large fry. Got home and it was the wrong salad and no fry. I was the only one in the drive thru…. How hard is it to make sure your customers are getting the right order?? Not to mention the staff there always have an attitude. $16 to not even get 90% of my order right.

Ordered a fried house salad on Friday. That was the only thing I ate that day. At 123p am was throwing up the salad. And all through the night. Sick Saturday as well..urgent care Sunday and had food poisoning. Dr stated that if they dont wash lettuce and veggies very well it can contain things that would make you sick..had to go to main hospital er on Tuesday. Still sick..NEVER EAT AT THIS ZAXBYS IN KNOX ABBOTT!!!

I went as soon as the restaurant opened. My food was fresh, there wasn’t a long wait, my food was also prepared exactly the way that I requested. I mentioned the above things because during the lunch rush, the same amount of care isn’t put into preparing orders. The food isn’t always fresh contrary to popular belief; especially the salads. The orders seem to be thrown together with no attention to detail.

Every zaxbys I’ve ever been to allows you to substitute fries for coleslaw, but apparently not this one…today I tried to order just a side of coleslaw and was told I couldn’t do that either w/ a attitude both times. So is this the only zaxbys in America that doesn’t have coleslaw??
