I discovered that my order was incorrect and missing items when I got to my car. While mistakes happen, what really got to me was the accusation of dishonesty. The staff accused me of lying and attempting to steal food, insisting they had packed everything. This was a real insult to my character.

I ordered a grilled cobb salad with extra grill chicken. I should have asked for everything and xtra since the amount was slack. Where’s the cheese and the bacon. Come on now. I didn’t return it because I didn’t have the time nor the patience. Do better please.

So bad we’re never going back the food was bad and they messed up my order they charged me for drinks that I didn’t want and they had terrible attitudes I went up for Zaxs sauce because it didn’t come with my order when I payed for it and she made me pay I was clear to her that I needed it for free and my Zaxs sauce had a hole in it Dont go here

Love love the food sometimes depending on which location I go to the service varies far as getting thru the drive thru most the time it’s like the longest most ridiculous wait time ever. Also why oh why do y’all not put plenty of ice in the cups like we come there for that unless otherwise asked. It’s not y’all’s personal ice from home hell fill the customers cup up with the damn ice they paid entirely to much for the drink anyways thanks great chicken tho

If you’d like, waiting an unbelievably long time, and then getting surprised with the wrong order, This is the place for you. Don’t waste your money waiting for the food from here. Incredible, made seven vehicles pull into parking places to wait on their food while no one was at the drive-through window and it was raining. They brought out four orders all at the same time with vehicles in front of me waiting longer. Not smart management.
