This one is normally a hit or miss. I try not to go during the weekend or after 4. I ordered a salad for lunch and this is just some of the rotten lettuce I found hidden in my salad. Luckily I pick through to get and off pieces out. This is gross

Went in today around 5:14pm order loaded fries ranch sauce the fries was still raw they was medium raw the chicken was not cook to order witch I asked for everything fresh before I ordered when I stated I wanted it fresh once again after receiving my food the cashier took it to the kitchen window and stated they wanted it fresh they stated it wasn’t fresh the manager said what you mean it’s not fresh he then took the food and didn’t throw it away instead he put it in the MICROWAVE AND WARMED IT UP they then added heavy seasoning and add more ranch over the ranch they already had on it before warming it up I believe the whole management needs to be removed or the place should be closed down now only did I receive under cook raw food but I was also give food that had been re warm up with dairy products on it that could have easily gotten me and my kids sick I still have the food and will be contacting a lawyer about this situation do to it not being handled properly.

Went by Zaxbys for lunch and ordered the 10pc boneless wings and a large fry. The boneless wings were so lightly sauced that you can see more unsauced chicken than sauced chicken. The fries lacked any seasoning. Don’t think I will come back.

Got a grilled house salad. The cucumber and tomato in my salad were frozen and the lettuce was brown. Called the store and spoke to the manager in regards to salad. She was nice and offered to remake the salad. Second salad wasn’t that much better. Salad still had some brown lettuce in it. Definitely looks like they may have put fresher lettuce on top of old lettuce. Due to the cashier in the drive thru not giving me a receipt I wasn’t able to get a refund. Definitely would not recommend.

chicken bacon ranch fry something I always get , today I ordered the same thing they put one strip of bacon on my fries not cut up into pieces like the picture gave me cold fries and wouldn’t remake it So I just bought another order and got 4 small pieces of bacon

Came in a few days ago my salad was made wrong the manager Lisa offered a remake I couldn’t make it back in that day but she gave me time and when I did come back she went and made it perfectly for me. The staffing sucks but hey you work with what you got. She’s very funny and respectful also

Standard wings fair at this location. Food quality average. Wings can be a bit overdone in my opinion, especially if you go later in the day. Window service is accommodating with mannered staff. Outlet inside needs a makeover like most Zaxby’s.

Be careful going through the drive through and check your food before driving away. My wings are swimming in sauce, I can’t even eat them. They are dripping when I pick them up out of the half inch of sauce in the container. So disappointing
