Cass Is Real
We were on this side of town so, we placed a quick app order. Other customers were waiting for their food when we arrived and I mentioned that we always order from the app. I also promoted the rewards. Then, we were informed that items we ordered were unavailable. We had to ask about receiving refunds – it would have been more efficient if we had already received the the refund through a gift card. Unfortunately, we had to wait several minutes for the refunds to be issued. What was supposed to be a quick pickup took too long.

The lady in the drive through on Wednesday the 19th at 4:26. She was so very rude, had no patience. We didn’t have too much to order but she didn’t seem to have the time for it. No thank you, welcome or any common manners. We told her thank you everytime and have a great day. We got a huff. Never going back to this one.

0/10 Do not recommend; imagine having an allergy and the manager not honor your request for a item to be in food and have the audacity to have an attitude about it. The cashiers take their lunch break in your face while you order as well.

Do not eat here at night. They have consistently messed up orders and left out things I was charged for time and time again. I usually order for my whole crew at work and it’s rare that somebody’s food is right when we go to eat.

Came in to get my Cobb Salad (replaced) that was messed up actually 2 of them, husband and mine. No tomatoes or bacon on them. I called when this happened and spoke to manager. He told me that there would be a free salad. He put my name on a list just come in when I was ready tell the manager on duty. So, I did. Eric greeted me and asked what Manager told me this. I did not remember his name but he told me he would put my name on list. Well I guess they don’t have a list. Because Eric didn’t go check. Basically, called me a liar to my face by saying he could not honor the request. Will contact corporate tomorrow. Zaxbys will no longer have my business. I’m not a homeless person I can afford to eat out. So I went to lizard thicket and bought my dinner there. This was not the first time they left stuff off salads before I didn’t get any eggs that time I didn’t call and complain.
