Mobile order for pickup at 8:51 pm. Arrived at Zaxby’s at 8:55pm however dine in was closed already (early). Proceeded to the drive thru but behind a long line of cars. When it was my turn no one ever answered the speaker so I pulled up. At 9:17 I finally got to the pickup window and a selective mute starred at me while I explained I had a pickup. Instead of greeting in any way she shuts the window and retrieved my order from the lobby. Once I had it I thanked her to which she never responded and I drove off (24 mins later). Zaxby’s is listed as a fast food restaurant however it takes way to long to have the name “fast.

SMH this is the fourth Time this has happened to me with this Zaxby’s. No blue cheese and barely any sauce. Then once I called he just to come on back and he’ll give me a dressing packet. I’m at home tho already smh just disappointed that’s all.

I’ve have been eating here since their opening. I order Cobb salads often. Here lately, the salads are always lacking. It appears there’s only a handful of lettuce and half of the toppings you would normally get. Often this location is out of hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, or the little cherry tomatoes, or the onion crispies. I really think I need to find another restaurant that will serve a much better salad. I pay too much just to get half a salad, and then to get home after a long days work to be disappointed.

I just love when im hungry and my order is not filled to the my expectations I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and got none. $11 dollars for a meal that im not even hungry for anymore bc my order was not done correctly. I made an online order that said my order would be ready in 10 to 12 minutes. I go to pick mine and my family’s order up and the doors are locked so I have to wait in the drive thru line which is wrapped around the building completely for about 10 minutes before someone helps me. There is a young lady taking orders on a tablet instead of the drive thru speaker system. I tell her that I have an online order. She hesitantly says that she will go in and get my order approximately 10 minutes later she comes back out, I’m about the 6th vehicle from the window by that time, and tells me my order is on the counter and to pull up to the window and they will give me my order. So not wanting to argue, I did just that. Which by then it’s approximately 30 minutes past the time that I was supposed to pick my order up. I take the order home which is approximately 8 minutes away. By then our food was extremely cold and nasty. We will not be using this particular Zaxby’s again.

A very delicious meal. The chicken was the perfect temperature and taste. The fries could use a bit more flavor, though. I he tea was great , but a little too sweet. The ranch sauce went well with the chicken, but I would not suggest it on the fries. The six finger meal was good and cost around 11 dollars. The service was fast. Overall, low 4 high 3.
