Went through the drive-through and minimal sax sauce and one of them had whole in it. Well went in to get it exchanged and Zak the Assistant manager saved it from being two stars. He took care of me promptly and for my inconvenience gave me some extra sauce. Way to go Zak keep up the good work. You need more like him.

To be honest, this is one of the most overpriced bland restaurants in the business, this a culturaless plain ole chicken spot where prices are as if a specialty eatery…where is the hype!!?? Chicken wings- likely chicken biddies, sauces-bland at best, fries-no skills necessary, cleanliness-could use an attentive seating host. It’s been 5+ yrs since our last visit and maybe another 5yrs til the next. Enjoy your nect visit and honest reviewing…it helps us all choose informatively during our travels.

If you order curbside don’t reply to the email with your location. This store won’t look at it they don’t have their tablet out to see it. There are no signs to tell you where to park for curbside pickup or with a number to call. Five of my chicken strips were smaller than a pack of sauce. I called the manager he takes no accountability said he just got there at 3:30pm. The dining room is locked at 7p.m.

The drink machine needs to be clean better. The tea dont be tasting correctly. Way to many people on duty to be getting cold soggy food. Hot fresh items go further than you think!! Its not always about getting the customer in and out fast and in a hurry MOST people PAYING for their food would rather have HOT FRESHLY MADE food over quick service resulting nasty food

This Zaxby’s used to always be such a great place to go to but lately with the new drive through and the curbside it’s nothing but a mess and the food has gone down hill. I don’t know why ANYONE would think giving me 4 of these “chicken tenders” was ok! Won’t be going back for a while unfortunately.

On our most recent trip to South Carolina we decided to explore few chicken sandwich spots that we don’t see near Chicago. We stopped here to try Zexbys chicken sandwich for the first time and the staff took their time to explain the menu to us and recommended few menu items. Our family was even given a full set of sauces to try. We don’t each much at fast food chains but when we did we have never come across staff so friendly. GREAT JOB GUYS! KEEP IT UP!
