Went there to get the free big Zaxby’s meal by downloading the app and the worker at the window tried to scan both at the same time and it canceled out the order and we was not able to get the meals. They need to show the workers how to manage the app orders and how to ring them up….

Love Zaxbys chicken, this location always does a good job with fast and pleasant service. Tried the new signature sandwich, it is a good fried chicken, not as flavored as their tenders. Recommend the restaurant, not so much the new “signature” sandwich.

The past few times I’ve been there they have screwed up my order. They used to be really good. Got a cobb zalad. Left the toast and the bacon off. Last time I was there they forgot the wings in my brother’s wings and things. Idk whats going on with them they used to be really good. Won’t be going back any time soon. Unless they get a new manager and new staff. They also keep running out if traditional and boneless wings.

The food is great as a guest. But as doordasher i gave the service only four stars because there are times when orders have been up but no one has been there to bag them. On Sundays after church is the worst. There is one person taking orders up front and usually v is in charge of bagging the food. The one that is there the most, a red haired girl who wears a mask is a wonderfully hard worker and does the best she can.
