I ordered a Zaxby’s chicken tenders meal with coleslaw and fries on the side. I also ordered the Zax sauce and the peach tea. I used my Zaxby’s app to place my mobile order. I picked up the order the chicken tenders were fried pretty good and the fries were cooked fresh , but one thing missing was the Zax sauce. I tend to have a problem with this particular Zaxby’s on Central Ave Summerville SC with the team members not putting the sauce in the bag or utensils in the bag. Kind of disappointed because it definitely needed the sauce!

I live out here in Knightsville so not to many options for food… with that said I was so excited when this location opened but it’s just terrible. I spent $35 dollars tonight on 2 wings and things combos to only get let down again. Cold food and I guess toasting bread is now an issue. I’m not one to just jump on and leave a bad review but for us… this location always lets us down.

Holy cow. Worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to… no one here. Food was cold. Got the club and literally got a half a piece of bacon when I went up to ask for more bacon the response was we only use 1 half strip of bacon. But I can buy more if I want… half a strip of bacon on a 10 dollar sandwich… I’ll be surprised if this location is open much longer…

I went to zaxbys I had an online order so I went inside and picked it up, the lady that helped me was nice but I opened my bag to make sure I got all the sauces I ordered and all my things because i have had messing things before. Well the dinning room was closed so you couldn’t order you had to place an order that wasn’t a problem because I had already done so. They forgot the ranch for my salad so I walked up to counter and waited for 10 minutes before a guy walked to me and went “you have to have a mobile order you can’t order” so I was polite and just went to say “I placed an order but can I get ranch it wasn’t in the bag” but once I got to the can I get he rudely interrupted me and went “no you cant. The dinning room is closed” all I was asking for was ranch that I had paid for, the food here is great but the people working should not be rude and not let you speak. He also saw me grab my online too,

Absolutely terrible. We tried tonight for the first time since moving to the area and could not be more disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru just to waste $25 on food we threw away. Everything was cold, the chicken fingers were dry. The bread was soggy. The only thing that was hot and tasted good was the fried pickles. Ordered Coke Zero and received Diet Coke…. Literally the entire experience was a train wreck.

When they first opened their grilled chicken sandwiches were awesome!They were always hot and always had plenty of lettuce. About a year and a half ago they went downhill their sandwiches are always cold and hardly any lettuce. There used to be a line that was so long at the drive up, It showed you the food was good. For the last year that has not happened there. There was only three cars there today for lunch so sad. I think the owners need to take a look at their business it’s going to fold!!!

*update. Went back today. Arrived at 5:45. Got food at 6:50. Had one POS down due to tech issues, so a wait was to be expected. However, I had to wait 20 min to order due to them only using drive register. Then waited another 40 min for my food. Which included a burnt grill cheese. Undercooked wings and missing sauces. Fantastic way to spend 30 dollars. Zaxbys is no longer reliable for speed or quality I guess.

Food took about 15 min to make. Cobb salad. Said they were waiting on chicken. This is a chicken place! I have found Zaxbys food to be very good but service is all over the place. Management doesn’t appear to be on the scene.
