The menu doesn’t match prices they ring up. When I questioned it they said oh those are wrong. Then said of course the signature club is more as if I was the one who had the prices wrong. Next when I got my food I paid for club and it didn’t have the cheese or bacon I paid for. I had to ask and then they gave me cheese bacon in a separate box. Sandwich was good fries were undercooked. Very disappointed.

ALWAYS missing something out of my order, rarely gives you the sauce that comes with it or what you pay extra for, just overall dissatisfied with most of the experiences I’ve had with this particular Zaxby’s. All I’m saying is putting items in a bag off of a list on a screen isn’t a complex job (I’ve worked one too), so do better.

I chose to eat at Zaxbys 3 separately times. All 3 times my food was fresh and hot. The workers all seemed to be friendly and working together to get customers food at fast and hot. I will recommend to others about my great service. I had very quick wait time!

The worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. All of the staff is rude. Dine in, carry out, online or drive through be prepared to wait 30mins for a wrong order. Shift supervisors are just as unhelpful as the cashiers with just as nasty an attitude. Half the time the dine in is closed because of “being short staffed” with 3-4 cashiers crowding the drive through window. Honestly don’t know why I even bother going. I don’t go often but when I do it is the worst experience ever and the food is rarely good because they can never get my order right. But what can you expect from a franchise that doesn’t even have a customer care line for you to call and report bad service. Don’t even try to leave a review on their site because the link doesn’t even work.

Food was ready super fast. The young lady who took her order was very kind. The toast that came with our salad was actually still crispy when we got it. Sometimes it’s soggy at other Zaxby’s. You might bring a light jacket if you don’t like a cold dining room.

Do not go to this location they are so unorganized. Took them 20 mins to give me my main order, then they tell me to pill up for my cheddar bites and fried pickles. Waited 10 mins more on them and no one ever came out so I called them and they told me to come inside for a refund that the greese was cold. I wonder how long they would have made me sit outside waiting on an order they couldn’t fulfill. They manager didn’t even say sorry or anything. I won’t be going back here again.

Sunday 9-4 2 hours before closing stopped to get 4 fingerz meal took 45 minutes ridiculous after waiting 10min for car infront of me to get someone take order, she orders and guy says Fried or Grilled she answered he replied No Grill Chicken, so I finally get to place my order… “No Chicken Tenders”…. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people working here are lazy. They don’t want to work to serve you they just want to do nothing and collect a paycheck. They open later than they are supposed to. They close earlier than they are supposed to. When you go inside they will tell you the dining room isn’t open or they just completely ignore you. I waited inside for 20 minutes before they told me they weren’t open. Waited another 20 minutes and they ignored me. THIS LOCATION NEEDS A NEW MANAGER!!
