The food was good. I got the Nibblers meal. The bread was a little harder than I like but overall pretty good. The reason for my 3 stars is because I don’t understand why every time I come here, I have to pull up and have someone bring me my food in the parking lot. I understand this if I have a large order, or if they are busy but this time there was no one in the line but me. I hate doing this because I like to get my food at the window to be able to check it right there to make sure it’s correct and my sauces were added, so I do not have to go inside. If I wanted to go inside, I would not use the drive thru. I did not have to wait long for my food at this location during this experience, but that is even more reason to wonder why they made me pull up in the first place. I had just one combo meal.

Had to wait in line for a hour in Drive thru I watch a total of ten cars leave once I got my food it was hard and nasty and my tea was sour I mean get it right people and if it’s so low staff that you have people waiting over a hour close the place like it’s the owner’s responsibility to make sure it’s running smoothly… this is the 3rd time it’s happened at this place .. and then when you tell the workers your orders wrong they get mad or upset …

I was excited to try Zaxbys, but was disappointed. While the chicken fingers were pretty good, everything else was ho-hum. French fries were crinkle fries. They were like the ones you get from the grocery store and bake in the oven. Nothing special about them or the ranch fries. The store was not to clean. As the store wasn’t busy, it could have been cleaner. The staff person I dealt with was not friendly at all.

We stopped here for a quick bite, and used the app to place our order. The food was ready in the quoted time, and the meals were larger than expected. Unfortunately, of the 4 dipping sauces we ordered, 2 of them were wrong. In addition, we ordered the cheese curds, and they did not include the marinara sauce they were supposed to come with. Additionally, the breading on the chicken was so salty that I had to peel the breading off in order to eat mine. My hubby said his was okay, but not good enough to order it again. Overall, we would probably not eat here again with all the other chicken choices available in our area.

Trashcan had trays full of trash and empty soda cups on top of it and the floor has puddles of water from presumably the AC. I have come here 3 within 2 months and without fail the floor by the registers is always covered in water and the men’s bathroom is always disgusting.

So. We really try to give this place a chance once in a while. Disappointing every single time. Very expensive for what you get. Food not put together well. Most annoying, perhaps, food is prepared at different times. If you have a bigger order, expect some of the food to be cold.
