If I could give a 0 I would. Food was old and nasty. The doors was locked so I couldn’t even pick up my mobile order even though the sign said to pick up inside. Had to go back around just to get fresh fries. They wouldn’t let me go inside to get them even though they just let a group of teens inside. Just horrible.

I am so tired of this location not giving me the extra sauces that I pay for. Every time I get home with my on line order the extra dressings are not in the bag. They have gotten me for over $10 now. Guess I need to find a new chicken place.

Went to Zaxbys on Poinsett highway. Not as bad as the one in T.R. However… I ordered 5 bone in drumetts ….. because my dog can get choked on the wings bones. Guess I should have checked before I left….. 3 wings and two drumetts….. Bad as Travelers Rest All most.

The food was good. The place really needed cleaned up. Tables needed wiped down, drink machine needed wiped down, ketchup dispenser was empty. The staff was unorganized and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Can’t complain about the food, though. It was really good!

Went to get some food yesterday. & Was absolutely disgusted by my service! I asked the drive through employee what type of salad dressing they offed. She told me what they offered. But never once asked me what type of sauce I wanted for my chicken tenders or the zensation zalad? Not to mention them giving me the main salad dressing I DIDN’T WANT in the 1st place & over charged me for my peach sweet teas, SMH. I will not return to this location because of these errors!!
