i got my order TO GO. I ate when I got back to work five minutes later and realized that the wings had been taken out of refrigerator and reheated and served. They were horribly cold and not fresh. I do not pay $14 for 10 cold wings that were cooked earlier in the day or the day before then refrigerated only to be heated up and served as fresh wings. The size of the wings was absolutely pitiful as they were tiny with hardly any meat on them. The lady taking orders at the front was not trained well, if trained at all. What a terrible experience.

Went to eat went inside and was told very rudely that I needed to go back outside and order food from the drive through. So I left and will give my money to someone that appreciated my money. A there was no sign saying the drive through was closed. Not good for business.I hope the owner cares about his business to do something about the way his help is treating people.

I just came through the drive thru and i’m extremely upset. not ONLY did i wait in line for 15 mins.. i asked for heavy sauce because i’ve come to this location numerous occasions and they never share the sauce.. did NOT get that.. infact i got dry wings with no sauce AT all. fries tasted like they been sitting for over an hour. only great thing was the bread. the young lady who took my order and money was very sweet and greeted me with a smile. overall disappointed in the food. i spend pretty amount of money here and this just upsets me.

Went yesterday picked up a family meal. Food was great but im tired of paying for extra sauces and don’t get them and the 4 I got with the meal 1 was wrong too. Kinda ruined the chicken without the sauce though. Do better Zaxbys especially when your customers are paying extra to assure they get the sauces they want.

Went to this location yesterday. The girl takes my order and before she can give me my order she Clocks out and walks out the door. nobody comes to the front to assist customers for about 5 minutes and when they do come to the front they carry on conversation with each other without even greeting the customers. Chicken was not done and they gave me the wrong order. No manager in sight just a bunch of teenagers laughing and having fun

Went inside to place an order was told the lobby was closed, this was at 7 pm on a Sunday. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and was going to order a number 6 (a family tender meal). The person said wait a minute and said it would take at least 15 minutes, I got the sense they didn’t want to work. I said I’d wait for it in the drive thru as they were taking forever on everyone anyways. She said I’d have to pull to a spot which in my experience means they are going to forget to bring it out and ill have to come in 30 minutes later and ask whats taking so long. Just seemed like poor customer service and made it sound like an incontinence. I left without ordering.
