I’d give a 0 if I could for the service. The girl on the drive thru on Wednesday night at 9 pm needs training asap. She does not need to be dealing with customers as rude as she is. I asked for extra seasoning on the fries nope. I didn’t want the bread so now I have to throw it away when I told you I didn’t want it. Didn’t listen nor repeat my order back to me didn’t ask me to hold on just got silent and don’t want to let me finish my order. Zaxbys has really fallen off this year. Hate the Easley and now Clemson location.

The employees are all professional and kind. No complaints with the staff whatsoever, but the organization of this building is absolutely horrendous. The drive thru doesn’t make any sense. In order to get in line for the drive through, you end up blocking people in who are trying to leave. It seems like its designed to make people have a bad day. It leaves me wondering why they took away the dine in option. Again, the staff is great, but the building is terrible.

I messed up on placing my order tonight quite a few times, but the staff was extremely friendly and helped me get everything straightened out. They treated me with such kindness and respect! Went through the drive thru tonight and simply put the service was terrible. I waited at the window 20 minutes from the time i ordered and I was the only one in line at the time. The girl working the drive thru was rude the entire time we were waiting and they got one order wrong and forgot an order. I get my food corrected after walking up to the window and circled the parking lot again just to make sure we have everything (we had 5 meals) and the girl that was so rude the entire time is standing outside “shooing” us out the parking lot with a hand motion. I get home and don’t have bacon on my club, and another of my orders was messed up. The whole experience was terrible and we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing the girl working the drive thru and shooing us out the parking lot was the icing on the cake. Terribly disappointed in the service I got there bc I have been so many times.

After the remodeling, I thought this location would be a lot easier to get in and out of. But no. This was the most ridiculous design of a drive-through that I have ever seen! Not to mention that you can’t dine in, and there is a walk-up window. Horrible! Good food, but I will never return to this location and will go out of my way to visit other Zaxby’s locations.

It has been thrice that they have gotten my order incorrect. I asked for boneless WINGS and they rung it up as chicken fingers. How you get the two confused, I don’t know. The person who took my order was also explained how to navigate the ordering system and where to find boneless wings. However, instead of asking for further instruction or guidance, they continued to ring up my order as chicken fingers. We even had a slight discussion of what sauce I wanted on the boneless wings. Nonetheless, they rung it up WRONG! It is infuriating especially when their menu is expensive. I do not mind paying the price however, I expect the correct order for the price I pay. Also, I would appreciate the employees take my order correctly, no matter how long it takes or how much help they need.

Me and my boyfriend ordered through the drive thru only an hour ago at this point. He ordered the traditional wings meal and to our demise half of the wings still had the feathers attached … poor guy suffered immediate food poisoning from it. Whoever is in the kitchen should be embarrassed and ashamed.

I had high hopes for the new Zaxby’s, but I was disappointed. The girl who took my order outside had to call two other people over to help her. Once I went to the window to get my order, I had to wait over 20 minutes. When I got home, I noticed they did not give me my entire order. I never received a receipt, so I couldn’t dispute this. I take responsibility for not checking my bag before I drove off, but that is something I shouldn’t have to do. I’m not sure I’ll go back to that particular Zaxby’s again.
