Waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they don’t have traditional wings and give me some of the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen. Boneless wings i got were cold. Plus they didn’t give me my zax sauce. Horrible management is obvious. Fast food should not have a 30 min wait time idc how busy. RANCH CUP IS BIGGER THAN THE TENDER I’m done with Zaxbys officially. Not what it used to be. Fell all the way off

Computer scanner was down. Our order had to be rung at 2 different registers. Order taker had to have order repeated multiple times. All employees were propped on counter, looking at phones continuously.

One of the best Zaxbys in town. The staff is incredibly nice and this location is kept very well. They actually covered my wings in sauce which you wouldn’t think would be a problem but I’ve gotten them with no sauce before. Great experience.

Maybe hire employees who know how to read and comprehend simple instructions. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries which had no seasoning on them at all. They also didn’t put any sauces with my plate. This Zaxby’s ain’t worth the hassle.

Second time in a row that they have messed up the exact same order. Both times it took the manager on duty to come and make my order correct. The family pack comes with more than just a box of chicken. Wasted over 20mins just standing at the front waiting for the food….

Great time and decent food just my portion of fries for the meal was miniscule. They have cutback on the main wings and things portions a lot getting rid of the celery and carrot sticks and sauces packs are sometimes missing from the meal.

Extremely rude staff. Do not go here!! Went through the drive thru and had to wait about 10-15 minutes. They were not busy at all. Finally got my order, and have one plate wrong. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. Only to go back in to have it fixed and the worker be extremely rude. If I could have given zero stars I would.

Just came from ordering dine in…the guy who took our order was rude, he wouldn’t even speak to us when we asked him a question at the end of ordering he turned his back on us and walked away. They then set our order on the counter without calling out the order where it set for almost 3 full minutes before a girl came around the counter from the kitchen and asked who’s food it was?!?! When my husband asked for sauce he was ignored again! Not to mention the order was Wrong!! I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a completely different zaxbys from now on. This was was TERRIBLE.

Water pouring from the ac unit in the ceiling. They had two small buckets placed underneath it that clearly wasn’t enough hence the lake on the floor. Trash all over the lobby floor, drink station, and tables. Sticky table tops and counters. We even had to wipe down our table before sitting. 10 teenagers standing around in the kitchen (I think most of them were there just hanging out and not on the clock) 1 teenager walking around taking bites of his sandwich in the kitchen and another teenage girl asleep at the booth in the lobby. Really was skeptic about eating the food I received after seeing what kind of shape the restaurant in…just a trashy place. Will not be back
