CRice I’m not a pro
I still don’t understand way the drive thru is 10 plus minutes if you lucky. I’m not about to wait 10 minutes for a salad when I can go to chick fil a and get the same salad in under 5 minutes. I hate driving off but I’m not waiting over 15 minutes for some fast food. You could wait the whole time in line get to the and they might ask could you pull up. If you have 15 plus minutes to wait it’s a good spot. If you are in a rush just go somewhere else.

The change in this location in the last few months has been unbelievable in a good way. It use to be rude, slow and dirty. Suddenly it is Fast, Friendly, and Clean! Their drive thru is even moving at a good clip. I don’t know how they whipped this place into shape, but GOOD JOB! I really truly hope they manage to keep it up.

Orders a couple of family bundles and an extra 40 tenders. The biggest issue was not 1 sauce included in the order. Chicken is good, but no sauce at all just made for a lack luster meal. Called, and there just didn’t seem to be any concern. Bring your receipt in another day, and we will take care of you. What about the 90+ dollars I spent today?

This has been a pretty good Zaxby’s and I frequently visit here once a week on kids night. I really like the fact that I can order a salad here with no meat and can get it for a less expensive price. I really don’t like it when businesses charge you the same price with or without meat, so just a heads up you don’t have to worry about that here! On kids night which is Wednesday you can get a kids meal for .99 with any entree, so a Cobb zalad with no meat and kids meal for under $10 is a great deal! I have to say they have the best fries out there,sooooo good! This Zaxby’s is also very clean looking and the wait is usually 5-10 minutes for your order.

Seventeenth Letter
I ordered delivery and it just felt like they forgot everything I needed. My blue cheese was nowhere to be seen and the fries weren’t even seasoned. Instead I was given half a bag of napkins and BBQ sauce. Please aim to improve, this Zaxbys has done this before and it’s very upsetting.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 Star! This restaurant always has long lines and even longer wait times. It doesn’t matter if you go inside, through the drive through or delivery, you’re going to wait! And don’t order delivery from the app, you’ll be missing items and will be told via “managers” they can’t give their names out neither the number to corporate offices! One girl gets on the phone and says she’s the manager, tells me to write her name down on the back of my receipt so that I can come up there to get my items which were already paid for that were not delivered the first time. When I asked if that was my only option and was told yes, I asked for the number to corporate. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and someone else (Alexis) answers the phone. I had to retell my complaint to Alexis and she also informed me she was also the store “manager” and there was nothing more that could be done and that she could not give out the number to corporate neither her full name. Why, so no one can complain and shut the store down???? There is NO accountability for this store and it shows. A kindergartner knows how to read a screen/receipt and make sure all items that were highlighted on the receipt are in the bag! You took time to highlight each item on the receipt, but failed to put those same items in the bag!! Make it make sense! I wouldn’t come to this store unless you want a crash course in patience because you’re going to WAIT and you’ll be missing items! Oh, and don’t let the “manager” know you’re missing items! Everyone there is the “manager” and no one can help you!! Drive to Woodruff Road or Simpsonville before stopping here!
