I never have a good experience at this location. It’s convenient but I think I’m done giving them my money. Either the food is cold, they are rude, or they give you subpar portions or quality of food. Today my fries were cold but they were bigger than my chicken fingers and there was more breading than actual meat!

I literally just left there front buying a chicken finger family meal. I went inside and waited 15 plus minutes before I left and went to get into my car. My son ask if we could just go through the drive through. We were there for another 45 minutes. After arriving at home the so called toast was just butter bread and the fries seemed to be uncooked. Zaxby’s once was a great place,but over the past year has become a horrible place. If the food isn’t uncooked, it’s old, or the entire order is messed up. My family and I will be taking a very long break from this establishment. We have way to many places to choose from. Especially with a new restaurant opening this November.

The staff at this Zaxby’s location are always very polite and go out of their way to make sure you are happy every time you come in. They go out of their way to make sure your food is hot and cooked the way you want it. If you are a “regular they will get to know you and eventually know your order and name. This is by far one of the best Zaxby’s locations I have ever visited. Shout Out to the staff at the Edgefield Road Zaxby’s location for all you do. I always leave with a smile on my face. Thanks again. If you haven’t visited this Zaxby’s location you should definitely do so!

I’ve had two consecutive horrible experiences here. Almost a year ago, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through before I get to the ordering screen, hear nothing for 5 minutes and then another customer pulls beside me and tells me that nobody is working the drive-through! I went inside and waited another 40 minutes to get my food. After that, I told myself that I’d never eat at this store again, even though it’s much closer to my house than the one on Knox. Today, I decided to give them another try, and nothing has changed. I went inside to order (after watching the person in the drive-through waiting for 5 minutes to order), and I ordered 6 items for my family of four, waiting for me in the car. After 30 minutes, they asked me for my receipt because they lost my order. I didn’t get my food until 44 minutes after I ordered, and the white cheese bites we love tasted like burnt oil. I love Zaxby’s food, but the service at this store is appalling. After these two experiences, I know I can keep my promise this time to never eat here again. If you want Zaxby’s, do yourself a favor and go to the store on Knox Ave.

I was highly disappointed in the food. I ordered a traditional wings and thing combo and got the boneless. Whatever those were, was not chicken . I’m thinking I got the batter drippings that had bonded together over the course of the day because I couldn’t even bite them. I also got the “cheddar bites” which were nothing more than string cheese mozzarella cut up into bite size pieces. I know my cheese and it was not cheddar. Now, saying all of this. This review could have been avoided if my order had been right to begin with. My heart is broken and my stomach now aches for the days when your food used to be the best

My first visit was pleasant. The drive thru line was long, but moved quickly. The food was fresh and good! The cashier was patient and helped me…. and they weren’t shifty with the dressing for my salad. Which was very good, next time extra cukes/tomatoes would be great if they can be added.

Ordered online, showed up and was told that they were understaffed with only 4 people. I would need to go through the drive thru to tell them I have an online order and pick up at the window. The lobby was closed due to understaffing as well. After 35 minutes sitting in the drive thru, I finally get to the speaker and 20 minutes after that, I get my food. What kind of operation is this??? This is completely ridiculous. If online ordering isn’t actually available, the app should not have accepted my order! We’ll never be back!

I placed an order for curbside. Arrived when the app told me to arrive. Which was 20 mins after I placed my order. I waited for over 20mins for my order. Called twice and the second time they stated they were still working on my order. Why is it drive thru its pumping out multiple cars and orders but something I order ahead of time was not made when stated. Get rid of the curbside if you can’t get it right.

Was on my way to work and decided to stop by this location as the drive thru line wasn’t long and figured I could order and be in my way. The lady at the speaker asked me to hold on a second. So I did. 10 minutes later I decided to call the store as no one ever started taking orders again. They last Rudely said I asked you to hold on a second. Ummm 10 minutes is hella seconds. Waited another 5 mins then drove off and stopped at the window witch not one sole even cared I was there. Finally a lady walks out to give someone food and I asked her if they are having issues and she says no the last working drive needed a min. Okay but at this point it’s been well over half a hour and I’m now late for work and going to my 12 hour shift Hungry! Worst location in our area for sure. Never do I once have a pleasant experience with this location.
