Very busy location here in Alpharetta, Georgia. Zaxby’s is doing a great job with the current public health problem. Food is always consistently and dependably tasty. The spicy blackened chicken sandwich is really not too spicy at all. I recommend getting some of their hot sauce to add to the spicy blackened chicken sandwich. Enjoy

I’ve been eating at this location for the past 4 years now. Every time I go in, the employees are ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming. Today, I went in to try out the new Honey Butter & Bacon Sandwich. From the moment I walked in and stepped up to the front to order, the lady at the cash register gave me a big smile, said good morning and asked what I’d like to eat. When I finished ordering she said, “have a great rest of your day!” Now, if that’s not great customer service, I must not know what is then haha

After reading back my order, they still left off part of my order. I was in the line for almost 10 minutes. It was an hour before close when I arrived. They seemed more interested in cleaning than filling orders.

After a long time, we are again able to eat-in at a restaurant. The experience was very good – food, customer service – although not very busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we will probably visit again. The only small issue is that somel of the tables were not cleaned properly.
