The food was good. The price seemed to be good. I was the only customer eating inside and the noise level was totally unbearable; the music level was blasting, the employees were screaming across the store in Spanish at each other, it made me feel as though I was in a War Zone from south of the border. I believe it made me very nervous. The next time I go in there, if there is a next time, I will use my phone to record the screaming and noise level to play back to their District or Regional Managers. Oh yeah, there also was a little Spanish girl approximately 8 or 9 years old at a small booth “babysitting” herself. No adults with her, so I assumed it was one of the workers child. Poor baby had to entertain herself while Mommy or Daddy worked.

This Zaxby’s always has great food and customer service. When I’m looking for a quick cheap lunch in the Alpharetta area, it’s hard to pick another restaurant to eat at because this location is really well rounded. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to a lot of Zaxby’s, but this is by far the worst one I ever walked in. The service is terrible, the food is even worse. I love Zaxby’s but this truly spoiled it, stomach is still turning from the food. Drink machine was down…. Just terrible 1/10

This location has done this several times now with the same staff. I ask for extra tongue torch on the kickin chicken and they barely put any on. Might help if the person taking your order could speak English and do away with the attitude at the drive thru. Not the type to write reviews but it’s been pretty bad. The one up north on 9 never does this but I live closer to this one
