Perfectly fine fast food. Fried cheese curds were ok, Cajun fries were pretty good, as was the chicken sandwich. Soda machine is that pick-your-flavor deal. Place was empty and not busy, dining area was clean as far as I saw, and food came out pretty quick. Paper towel machines in the bathroom being empty and broken was pretty wack. Free wifi.

This store obviously doesn’t have knowledge of their own menu,I came in to order told them I wanted to make it a large,I got the same size portion of fries and a bigger drink,I said isn’t the fries suppose to be large also they told me NO!!! I’ve been ordering here for yearrrss! When did that change? Plus even if you order online it clearly says large fry large drink just like any other restaurant !!

I went around 3pm on a Monday after the lunch rush and decided to dine in. The service was pretty good. I was the only person waiting in line and the cashier took my order promptly. I order a Sweet & Spicy buffalo tender plate. The food was prepared swiftly and tasted fresh and hot. I tore it up lol… The only fallback was how cold they keep it in there lol… Bring a jacket. I was cold wearing jeans and a hoodie. Otherwise, great experience.

The chicken breast on the salads are smaller. But the price is sky high. Not to mention the presentation of the salad. Tenders were extremely salty. I used to visit 2-3 times a week. I can make my own salad, far cheaper and better..

Normally I do not have any issues in this establishment but this evening was horrible. First off you have a young lady training a young man and she was not doing a very good job at it. There was no smiling, no addressing the customer, no thank you at the end & not even have a good evening. I ordered a salad and there was not enough chicken in it & my egg roll was cold. It was an all-around awful experience for the first time in a long time. I really hope they get it together. Management needs to be on site in the evenings because during the lunch rush no issues. Night time.. it’s a free-for-all!

The cashier ma Kayla is disrespectful. I can hear her talking bad about customers. I understand is low paying job but that doesn’t get the right to be talking behind customers back. And I see other customers have the same issue with Kayla. I guess zaxby doesn’t care that Kayla continues to be disrespectful to customers.
