This zaxby isn’t a bad location but the wait was particularly long this day and I’m pretty sure after i parked they forgot about me. Jazlyn was bringing orders out and stopped by multiple times to ask about my order. After a while i wanted to go inside and get a refund because it shouldn’t have taken so long to get a kids meal But i didn’t want to get my kid out the car or leave my dog. After the second time she asked what my order was and went inside to have it made for me because i had been waiting for a while. So long story long i just wanted to tell that young lady that took care of my kid’s order and saved me from sure frustration thank you and they should employ more people like her. Great customer service.

This is the coolest Zaxbys interior I’ve ever seen. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I’d eat here again. 4 stars because the fries were not fresh and were slightly over cooked. Also, there were only 2 pieces of celery with my Wings and Things.

I feel like this place has gone down hill with management and staff. I’m mostly upset because I spent my last $10 for some boneless wings and they were not able to be eaten. Thezi seem to be just batter no white meat inside. And they made me park for five miz so I could wait on them to rip me off. I was working so could not turn around to get a refund because I would have I’m hungry and they got me…. Thx Zack

Very clean establishment. Young mature workers that were polite and professional were impressive. Food was hot, tasty and delicious! We had gone to Chili’s but left because they were short staffed. Went to Zaxbys instead and had a very enjoyable meal with probably better food and awesome service!

This has to be the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. The people working had attitudes and refused to answer questions they were out of tea coke and zax sauce. I literally would recommend anyone wanting Zaxbys to take the extra time and go any other location than this one! RUN don’t walk
