Had a poor experience here. We were getting a sweet tea and we’re the only ones in the drive thru. As we were pulling around to the window, the girl working the window (her name is Macey M.) threw her hands out the window very rudely to tell us to stop before we hit the censor for their drive thru. When we pulled up to the window we asked why we couldn’t pull forward and her responses were extremely rude with an attitude. She didn’t want us to pull forward because of the “drive times/drive thru time” that get sent to corporate. Her attitude and demeanor was extremely rude.

Shout out to Diamond! Just placed an order through the drive thru. She was super friendly, spoke clear and repeated my order as I order and confirmed again at the end. Even let me know how many sauces would be in the bag and if I needed more. Best customer service at a fast food restaurant ever. I have been wanting to post this review for awhile. There are a lot of hit or MISS places in the area a lot of young kids that slap food together NOT this Place. There was a young man there on a Saturday he acknowledged me made sure I had my food checked in and gave me my cup and told me refil as much as I needed as I waited. I really appreciated that he also communicated well with his teammates and they all have great manners. Lobby was spotless and orders are made fresh and in a timely manner. I don’t want Zaxby’s often but I will now for these reasons.

Food prepared like usual which is why I like coming here, the consistency between locations. My only complaint is that when I asked to have the bread that comes with the salad replaced with celery and carrots I was told that’s not an option and I could just get the salad without the bread. Seems this location is a little lacking in customer service as I have been to numerous Zaxby’s locations nearby and all have been more than happy to accommodate my request. I am aware it’s a minor complaint, but I feel this should be an official option at all locations. Overall 4 stars, food is a 5, customer service is a 3.

Roaches!! While I was in the drive thru I saw 2 waterbugs outside on the building. Please call an exterminator immediately..Please also change the grease throughout the day so the fries won’t cone out looking dark and greasy. My wifes salad looked amazing though. This place has too many negatives for me, I will not be returning. The lady was nice at least. SPRAY FOR ROACHES!!

Service was slow. Tenders were too salty and fries were cold. All for salad without bacon but was given with bacon. When I told the clerk helping she took the plate and asked someone in the kitchen to just remove the bacon bits from the top. I had to throw away the salad as I don’t eat bacon and couldn’t risk it. Clerk and service staff should be trained about allergies so they understand not too so these kinds of shortcuts. We frequently eat at Zaxby’s but this one happened to be on our way and we decided to stop expecting the same service and quality food. Would definitely think twice before coming here!
