Size of “chicken tenders” were smaller than the size of the wings. For nearly $25 for 2 orders we expected the size to be more appropriate. Bread was not toasted, fries were cold and not seasoned. Unfortunately, Unable to contact a Zaxby’s customer service email.

This place seams to be ran by “kids” or at least that’s what the manager said when I called to complain about how the bad service. Order was put in correctly at the register. Guess the kitchen was too busy feeding people for free to worry about the ones that are paying for our food! The McDonald’s across the street would be a better place to eat!

Extremely disappointed at this Zaxby’s. The chicken tenders were super small, almost chicken nugget like, the chicken was hard and tasted as if they haven’t changed the oil in weeks. This is the only location that i’ve ever had a problem with the food at zaxby’s and that’s honestly embarrassing. The portions were so small it couldn’t even feed a toddler, and honestly i wouldn’t even feed this to my dog.

This is the second time I went big on my combo, 80 cents for large fries and a large drink. Look at the picture, looks more like small medium fries. The regular size you have always gotten on their combo. Now I did receive the large drink both times. Menu has changed and dropped the Cajun chicken club. Side note is why is everyone putting tip jars/cups outside the drive thru window when most of the time the order is wrong or the wait is so long.

Ordered a Cobb salad… got home and this is what it looks like. .. it’s all disheveled and missing eggs. Quality Control sure needs restructuring! This isn’t even the second time I’ve had issues with this specific location… each time I’m thinking it’ll get better. Hasn’t yet.. been 2 years

Order did not include the chicken finger basket with fries I had asked for – I did receive 5 chicken fingers but no fries- when I pointed it out- it took 2 employees to comprehend that they gave me no fries in my chicken finger basket as I was clearly saying to them. Rather than make the customer happy- they were instead dismissive with me telling me “oh well- you weren’t charged for them” no apology or offer to try and fix my order. Very poor customer service – it must have been either a lack of training in customer service or they just simply did not care- either way it was ridiculous

Came in at 845pm, went to grab a seat, half the restaurant was closed and the other half was full and filthy. When I asked the girl why the other side of the dining room was closed she responded rudely with ” we are about to close” …… Y’all close at 10. I’ve worked in a restaurant before and never would I ever respond with a stupid comment like that, do better….

Don’t order a spicy sandwich unless you’d like to wait 15 mins for a spicy deluxe to have half the sandwich dipped in buffalo sauce and no fries, even tho I paid fly them. Horrible atmosphere.
