Every time it’s so bad. They need a manager here asap. It’s sad. I just ordered 5 fingers, just the fingers. I received an entire meal and told them that’s not what I ordered. They were hesitant to give me a receipt, and she almost forgot to give me my credit card back. Sketchy vibes. Lastly but most oddly, there’s also evidence of coleslaw in the box as if they put it in and removed it. Picture attached. Gross!!! Definitely never eating here again. I should have learned my lesson the last time 🙁

I haven’t been to this one in years because it was really bad the last time I was there but I gave it another chance. We got 18 wings out of our 20 piece. They didn’t give me ranch dressing. They didn’t give us a fork for our salad.

Ordered online. Came to pick up but they where closed (even though ppl workers where still in ) so they closed early and didn’t give me my online order after charging me. I completely understood and left as they told me they couldn’t give me a refund but u could try again the next day. Come next day I’m waiting 30 minutes in line only to be told to come inside to wait another 10 to get my food. Which I think was purposefully made in the hottest sauce not to mention the filled up the entire container with sauce( looked like a soup not very noticeable on the picture) They need new management.
