Most Zaxby locations take a few mins to get your order, and that’s normal. Trust, I will wait for them fingers lol. This location is the fastest BY FAR. by the time you pull up to the window, they have the bag ready to go, halfway out the window. Always perfect. Always excellent service.

Went to drive through and they were pumping the septic/sewer in the restaurant. Man it smelled so awful. They should close for something like this. I always get the signature chicken sandwich. The quality of the chicken has gotten very poor lately. My sandwich looked like it had a foot and wing still attached. I’m not sure I will ever eat here again. I miss Zaxbies back in the day when the chicken was plump and juicy.

I did not get what i order and i found a piece of metal in my food. Call management and was told by the night time manager to come back so she can make it up. I order the food on my way to work. I dont have the time to come back to reorder healthy safe food they did not deliver on the 1st time.

Been coming here for years never have any issues until this happens! I was trying to dine in at 8:15 and the guy that was about to take my order told me. !! Thank you to Mrs LATISHA and Ms DEANGELA for the good customer service. A nice warm greeting upon entering the location. Although we went in for shakes and found out they no longer serve shakes we ordered something else. The wings and things had wings, strips, fries, toast and a drink for about $11 bucks. However for that price the fries were scarce and the strips/tenders were short/small. Not worth the price! 4 stars for the cashiers!!!

Not bad customer service, but not great. Food was ok, price was ok. Zaxbys is that weird area between fast food and great food. It was great for what we were looking for. The chicken isn’t the best we have ever had, but not the worst. For a quick bite with the family I think it’s great. We sat inside. We are traveling and will likely not ever stop at a Zaxbys again.
