They are incredibly nice and professional but horrible, absolutely horrible at giving you the right portions! I paid $0.80 more for the “Go big” meal and to substitute coleslaw for fries, below is what they gave me! The fries should be overflowing if I’m paying extra for it and getting extra with the coleslaw replacement. What the hell Zaxby’s???

Restroom were nasty, the employees are a bunch of teenagers. My salad came out good but the wings and things plate was cold. One manager was yelling across the dinning room area saying she lives 45 min away and that she couldn’t take a coworker home. Lol

I like zaxbys I was very disappointed when I ordered my food all men were cooking with no hair nets no nets to cover their beards. So disgusting. The females at the front no hair nets. What’s really going on.i can remember zaxbys was a nice environment. Please Help !!!

The employees are way too involved in cracking jokes and playing pranks on each other than focusing on giving everyone their food in a timely manner. Watched the food prep sit and stare at a meal on a plate for over 6 minutes before asking the cook where “my food” is. It was a to go order as well. She then proceeded to tell him just put it in a box and then proceeded to not give it to me directly but put it in the online orders area (we spoke directly when I asked about my food when I arrived). Total time it took from order to food being made was 7 minutes, and then 6-8 minutes staring at said food.

Another first time visit. This location is in a pretty busy area, but wasn’t very busy itself at the time. Service was pretty quick as well. I’m not sure what it is about Zaxby’s, but I can’t bring myself to like their fries all that much. The kickin’ Chicken Sandwich is my go to, and I like their white cheddar cheese bites.

After work I placed a mobile order for inside pick up. When I got home (45 min later) I noticed we had no Zaxby’s sauce. No salad dressing. No napkins or utensils. How does a restaurant with takeout options forget important things like that?!?
