Really good place for lunch. Daughter and I had the house salad with fried chicken. Excellent meal and, even during the crowded lunch hour, our service was excellent and our orders were promptly prepared. My complements to the Manager for building such a great team. No slackers at this Zaxby’s!

“Tell others why you hated this place”. That’s what Google automated when I put one star. I’m very cautious with how I rate places and definitely think this location is genuinely one of the worst places I’ve ever been serviced at. Despite the convenient location I will never ever go here again. Ultimately it boils down to the very poor, extreme lack of customer service.

I will never ever patronage this place again! First of all a Zax Snack for 9.15 and it’s not hot! So I return it you talking about nasty! I bit off the chicken tender. They take the plate back in the kitchen and put some hotter fries and left the chicken cold. If that ain’t cross contamination so hell no I will never ever eat here or recommend anybody! Just down right nasty!

Not a consistent experience. Some are pretty bad, others are better still nothing compared to CFA or Cane’s. The Zaxby’s near me has already gone out of business and I expected more to go under once Cane’s moves in.

I normally have a good experience but not at this location. Customer service is terrible I asked to substitute fries for cheese curds and was told buy the cashier that I couldn’t do that because she didn’t see a button on the register. Every other place would do so and charge an up charge, not this location they were rude about it and food not to great. Give the customer what they want and charge for up if needed I don’t even like zaxby but my family normally does. I will never go back to this particular location if I ever return to zaxbys.

you order online, have all these wonderful options on what sauce you like with your varies items and then put NONE of them in the bag. There were like 8 boxes in the bag, i opened two but i guess you have to check every single box in your order to insure you get what you asked and paid for.

So nasty. Roach ran across counter asked for my money back immediately. They challenged me and asked where did it come from. How the heck was I supposed to know. I guess she thought it may have come out of my purse..Anyways, she preped fresh food for us after I’d already lost my appetite. Still won’t go back. Roaches and wings don’t go well together at all.
