You never can go wrong with Zaxby’s chicken tenders! Usually, they are fleshly prepared to order, so if you order it fried, they are hot and crispy. I tried the southwest chicken salad, which had fired griell corn, tortillas chips, and tomatoes on a fresh bed of greens, topped with a chopped chicken tender. Considering the size of the salad, I thought it could’ve added another tender. Nonetheless, the flavor was good. If I order again, I would add another order of tenders just to make the portion of veggies to protein more balanced. Also, it comes with a piece of their Texas toast. My toast was not warm, which was somewhat a letdown.

Drive thru clerk looked at me like she was smelling a fart and didn’t hardly speak. I guess she don’t like white people much. Tea had soured the day before from the smell of it. Fries were cold. Chicken was excellent though.

I really need someone to explain. Why if they close at 11 they never have enough food for customers that have been waiting 30 + min in line . This is not the 1 time it happens , I come here all the time and i work restaurant myself, so I understand that everyone wants to go home but to tell customers that you don’t have more wings when we have been waiting 30+ min it’s unbelievable. Why do you stay open until that time if 20 30 min before close you are going to tell your customers you don’t have wings to serve .

Was traveling through and should’ve read the reviews. That was my mistake. I waited five minutes before being greeted. Then it took about another five minutes to order because there was only one person working the drive-through and the counter. It took about 10 minutes to receive the order. The food itself was, OK. Not the best I’ve ever had at Zaxby’s. This place really needs some help. It was dirty pretty much everywhere. The bathroom was particularly dirty. When I left, I felt like I needed to walk in the grass to wipe my shoes off. If you’re traveling through, I would recommend just keep on going down the road. The franchisee or management really needs to step up here.

I order online I picked up and was missing some sauce. I went to the counter to ask and was met with attitude from a young lady for no reason. Would not recommend endless you like attitude. I was also missing forks but I did not want to go up to the counter again in fear that I would get yelled at.

worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. First of all, they charge for every single sauce like they don’t even give one for free and I’m not really sure how they price or sauces as they charged me two dollars for three Zack sauce. The customer service was also horrible. When I tried to ask about the pricing of the sauces, she just shut the window. The only reason I even went to this place is because it closed the latest. But will never make this mistake again.
