Went to this location and ordered kids meal and there was a dead roach in the kids meal. Showed the manager and all they did was said they were at a lost for words! Ask for owners or a number to corporate office they said they are not allowed to share that information…Keep you family far away!

These are supposed to have sauce lol. This zaxbys never gets my order right and when it finally does once, the quality is terrible. I’ve had 3 remakes out of my last 3 orders where they just give me the complete wrong items. I’ll no longer spend money at this location again.

I came into this location today attempting to eat a healthy salad. My salad came with a bug in it. When I returned it, the staff seemed unhappy that they had a remake. No apologies nothing done to make the experience better. I just got to the the bottom of my second salad and there’s hair in it. I’m just going to leave this review and walk away because I anticipate that the customer service skills will probably damage my mood. Eat at your own risk

Just left the zaxbys on Lee rd. The cashier on the inside (Jennifer)has the worst attitude ever. She doesn’t speak, she just stands there with a look of constipation on her face. When my food was ready she didn’t even let me know. She just sat it on the counter. No one want to spend their money with that kind of service. If you don’t like your job quit cause no one is forcing you to be there.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement! I’m from NY and I’ve been coming down here for about 16 years. I don’t know what happened but this location is the worst and I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. I love Zaxby’s but they can just close or burn this location down. I get to the house, my food is cold and my chicken is basically medium done. I had to put them back in the oven(pictured). There was barely any fries in my plate. I ate 3 fries other than what’s here. I’m just too mad and hungry to go back. On top of the food being less than par, the nasty attitudes I have to deal with is unreal. Whomever is reading this from Zaxby’s corporate, you need to do a mystery shop and surprise visit.

They went up on the zax snacks but the manager gave me these little pieces of chicken and refused to fix my order. I swear these fast food workers take they job to serious. Like they taken the chicken out they check. Just fix my order!!!! It’s simple. People will really rip you off like it make them sleep good at night. This zaxbys ALWAYS disappoints and the staff is very rude and unprofessional. People make that extra drive and go to another one. I am surprised they are still open.
