Did an order via app where it says they close at 10. I go thru drive thru and a sign says 930 closing and light was off so I pull around and the lady (who ended up being that shift manager) said they canceled my order and refunded it even though it was submitted before 9:30pm. She said the system canceled it (more like they didn’t want to honor my order and canceled it manually) and I asked if they can make it and she declined.

I never been so disgusted… I gave them a call after this happen. And I wasn’t rude at all, I just told then that they just need to do a better job on doing temperature check and all they said was “okay” then “bye”. I never got an apology or anything, definitely wasnt concerned. Only two words came out of his mouth…

No longer a fan, but the food is good. I’ve been eating there since there were only two in the metro area. They changed the recipe. Now it’s tasty but not as pleasing. But it’s still good. Try it for yourself. Kickin chicken sandwich is my favorite. It’s a little messy though.

Great service and folks most of the times i have been. I am starting to see a trend though of places going cheap and cutting corners. Fries….chicken strip size…this don’t look like a 14 dollar plate of food upsized…as i usually don’t do coleslaw and will substitute a 2nd piece of toast. Fix this zaxbys
